Good accommodation, enjoyed stay

Excellent and clean facilities! All the kitchen gadgets I could need and many more besides.

Exceptional kitchen facilities! I couldn't find the iron, so I called and someone was knocking on my door with one, within 5 minutes! Amazing! And the iron had been in the third bedroom drawer, all along. Fish and chips shop just around the corner and near the beach for walks, etc. WiFi was great also. I would definitely book with this host again -- very impressed!

I don't live in Britain and so am unfamiliar with lockboxes, but luckily I was with my cousin, who does. He entered the code to open the first door and then there was a number at the bottom of the message -- that was for the lockbox with a key inside. Not sure that I would have guessed that, so wording like "Use the code at the end of this message" might be useful. Labeling the second pull-cord in the bathroom as "Shower" would be fatuous for most Britons but might be useful for visitors. I banged my head on the dormer more than once, but am not sure what you could do about that.

Very impressed, would like to stay again some time.

Very clean and tidy, nice touch was that the table was laid ready for dinner.

Space around the bed was restrictive and there was no bedroom door.

Enjoyable coastal stay

The flat was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities that we needed. We loved the seaside themed decor. The location was good. Just a 12 minute walk into the main shopping and eating areas of St Annes. We didn't use the car park but there were ample places to park on the wide road. Would definitely stay here again when we return up to Lancashire next time.

Could do with a few more coat hangers and the bathroom fan was very noisy.

A great place to stay for a short or medium break. Quiet, but close to many facilities.

The location was great for St Annes and a short car journey from Lytham. It was quiet and close to a lovely restaurant, a cafe and the beach. I could easily walk to St Annes, but my partner, who has mobility issues, would not be able to walk that far. The flat was lovely. It was spacious and comfortable and had enough room for a much longer stay. The bathroom was great. It had all the basics that you would ever need. The Wi-Fi was great and easy to log into. There was plenty of sockets.

It was up two flights of stairs, which was difficult for my partner to climb. There was no hot, running water, except for the shower. I don't know if it didn't work or I hadn't switched something on, but I couldn't get it to work.

the door was very unreliable when the code was entered and often I had to enter the code 3 or 4 times before the could be opened . Also the flat was very small especially the bedroom ,the bathroom sink had no proper plug .

Perfect stay in a beautiful location.

Beautifully presented with a great layout and lovely, comfortable furniture. The kitchen was new and had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was nice. Plenty of hanging and storage space. The balcony was a real bonus with its side view down the street to the beach. A lovely spot to sit. Will definitely be back.

Great Location - Lytham St Ann's - Beautiful Walks along the Beach

Great Location, for what we needed - Lytham Green is 10 minutes away and was around £9 in a Taxi - Large spacious lounge area, well equipped kitchen etc. Balcony is a plus, especially when that sun is shining

bed was fantastic,

well told them my fiance was waking for knee operation, but didn't tell me about the stairs, really bad 😞😞 her knee was killing her, 😞😞😞also pay extra for an up grade never happened, the room was really small, will not be stopping here again, I expect better has they could of said about the stairs, there better apartments on here much cheaper on booking.com and more helpful

The apartment was very clean and close to all amenities and across the road from the sea we have been before and it is still spotless would tell anyone to spend a holiday at the chimes holiday flat you would not be disappointed

Love the themed flat and cute accessories. Easy check in and out. Excellent location. A short walk to the beach, pier and facilities. My daughter didn't want to leave.

Perfect Stay in a Lovely Apartment – Ideal Locatio

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The apartment was light, nicely decorated, warm, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the centre. We were lucky with the great weather, which made our birthday celebration even more special. It was our first time in St Anne’s and we’ll definitely be returning! Easy check in and parking! location was good

the flat was at the side with a view of a brick wall only feet away bedroom window was translucent glass so no worthwhile view at all. did not in any way match the photos on the website. Two flights of steep stairs to the flat again not described on the website. Some building work was going on in the adjoining semi on one occasion work started at 7.30 am. sounded like a wall being knocked down with bricks hitting the floor.

Lovely little gem.

It is amazingly close to the sea front and all amenities that Lytham St Annes has to offer. The flat was good value for money, clean and had everything that is needed for a few nights away.

We didn't like how the bedroom didn't have a door on it. However we totally understand that due to the design layout of the bedroom this option wasn't viable due to the limited amount of space.

Lovely apartment it was very clean, great location and good value. I would definitely stay here again as a couple.

The location was the best close to everywhere we needed.

May be an extra hour on checking out in the morning too 11.00 am but 10.00 am is not a problem really.
