Lounge/diner & kitchen both spacious & well-furnished/equipped. Very good location. Short walk to the town centre shops, restaurants, pubs, railway station etc. On the bus route to Lytham & other more major towns. Instruction manuals to equipment provided as well as leaflets about the area. Helpful messages from landlord who seemed to be on hand & gave details of how to contact him should I need to. Very good value if you take advantage of the bed settee & share the cost between 2 couples.

We didn’t have breakfast included in our booking, so we can’t comment on the breakfast. The location was excellent and very convenient. There was no dedicated parking, but we were able to park on the street in-front of the house when space was available. There was also parking on the other street around the corner.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only things we noticed were that there was no dedicated parking, although street parking was available and pillowcase on the lounge pillow needed washing or changing. Apart from that, everything was excellent.
