Perfect had a lovely time. Apartment perfectly placed, very clean, spacious..

The apartment is lovely spotlessly clean and spacious lounge diner, has WiFi & TV. Teas& coffees for when you arrive , good size kitchen & bathroom walk in shower for the accommodation. The location is about 1/2 from St Annes which is a smallish town very good. Lytham itself is only a mile in the opposite direction direction which is a much bigger town lots of shops and restaurants, cafes, The beach from the apartment is only a 10 min walk across the road directly opposite. Little known place as you walk along the beach called Fairhaven Park is a beautiful little gem. Eating out within approximately 250/300 yards found a lovely little family run Italian restaurant called Un-Momento Alexandra Rd..

Lovely clean apartment. Easy to access. Close to amenities. Short Walk to St Annes, longer walk to Lytham.

We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again the next time we visit St. Anne's.

Excellent location with easy parking close by. Clean and comfortable with lots of natural light. Easy walk to seafront, Toby Inn and the fantastic Italian restaurant, Allegria.

The door to the apartment is kind of heavy and would benefit from a handle on the inside. Another comfy chair would be beneficial with 3 people staying.

Great Christmas

Very comfortable and clean. Very nice apartment for singles or couples. Nice and quiet for relaxing and walking distance from M&S and fish and chips. Really comfortable bed and nice cotton bedding. Plenty of storage and wardrobe space.

I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't any freezer facilities. It was ok for me though because family lived nearby. A small table top one would be a great addition in the kitchen, also a small vegetable/paring knife. It didn't stop me cooking though with everything required.

Had a great stay and the apartment had everything we needed.

Great place to stay, the apartment was lovely and cosy, very clean a really easy 5 minute walk to the beach front and the amusements. Very easy to pick the keys up from the drop box and all the information was sent out prior to arrival. Would defiantly love to stay here again.

Nicely furnished , clean and tidy .

Think the apartment needed more crockery , utensils etc as once the existing ones were in the dishwasher there was no additional utensils to use. Also I feel the beds in the bedroom would have been better configured as two single ones as a double against the wall meant climbing over one another, very limited space no room for cases or a bedside cabinet.

The kitchen and facilities

It was 3 of us staying and we could of done with another towel. Also once the bed was down there wasn't really anywhere to sit apart from the hard dining room chairs. It needs another sofa or a TV in the bedroom.

Great place to stay.

Paul was very helpful. Cosy little apartment, just what we needed for the weekend. The shower was great,bather looks newly done, and it looks amazing.

Very warm in flat, could of done with a fan. Couldn't get hot water to work.

Nice clean well located apartment. Very good communication and easy instructions. Convenient area with parking on the street.

Signal for TV was temperamental and heating didn't come on. There was small heat from the fire but not enough to keep it warm. Couldn't get sofa bed to flatten but it was comfortable on a.sat up position anyway.

The apartment is newly decorated and modern. Carpets are good quality and cosy to walk on. Plenty space in living area, bathroom and kitchen. TV positioned well on wall. All in all a warm cosy apartment and good for a few nights stay.

The bathroom is nice, spacious walk in shower (albeit electrical), nice sink and storage spaces, large table with four chairs, microwave and fridge, kettle all good. Wardrobe space okay, large sofa, decor simple and clean. Good lighting. Quiet apartment at the back of the building, no noise at night. Easy walk into St Annes or over to the beachfront.

Bed only has one side accessible, bedroom is small so double bed takes up full half of the room touching three sides. No washing machine for laundry, no freezer or freezer compartment in fridge. Couldn't get digital HD channels even though there is an indoor digital aerial. Could do with a door knob on inside front door. It's heavy to open and with just a small lock clasp with sharp edges, wasn't comfortable opening door. Cobwebs in the bedroom needed clearing. No onsite parking for cars even though description said parking available. It's actually free parking kerbside on nearby side streets.

Top stay in a beautiful apartment close to lots of fun activities.

Close to local attractions, and just a short bus ride to black pool and Lytham. The bus for both of these was right outside the property. The appartment itself was lovely. Everything taken care of, a lovely use of space. Easy to gain access and just drop the keys back and leave. We stayed for Lytham festival, just a short 10 mins on the bus each way. The buses ran later than normal to accommodate.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.
