Duckworth Apartments | Lytham St. Annes

The apartment was very spacious and great value for money in a good location.

On check in we got sent the wrong key code so couldnt access the property. Even after calling customer service she agreed I had the right code, until later in the call she said a different code and we finally got in. The bedroom needs better blinds, the blinds are suitable for a living room but should always offer black out blinds/curtains in my opinion when someone is paying to sleep there. It was a nice touch to offer tea/coffee, however no milk is offered, even a couple of little long life milks would be beneficial to cover the first cuppa before we’d had chance to get to a shop. The fire alarm battery in the kitchen was dying so we removed it (after consulting customer service due to the extensive contract) they said someone would come out to fix it but nobody did Finally the sofa is very obviously stained, with big stains all over. It could be worth looking at a cover for this as it feels a bit grimy to sit on The bed is very low to the ground which was okay for us but worth flagging that it may not be suitable for elderly or disabled people
