The location was good, close to the train station and town. Nice flat in general , let down by the managing agents.
The total lack of communication from Cozy Pads. They didn’t send information to pay the damages deposit until we asked about the key code the night before our stay. Then we had to wait nearly 5 weeks to get our deposit back and numerous calls to Booking .com who weren’t that helpful to be truthful. It seems we aren’t the first to have their deposit held onto. They do not reply to messages or answer the phone, their website is not working either.
The sauce pans were rusty, the frying pan was the unhygienic, fine if you want to eat out, but if you don’t please ask if they’ve replaced the disgusting pots and pans. Good luck.

The apartment was very spacious. Both bedrooms are well laid out. Great shower. The kitchen had a Ninja airfyer plus a cooker. The living room has a huge smart tv, a lovely dining table, and a large sofa and chair. The landing in the entryway smelt lovely(can you tell me which diffuser it is, please).Nice carpeting throughout. Very quiet as well. So near to town,park,beach and eateries. Did not want to leave.
It's not that I didn't like it, but I wish it was a washing machine, not a dishwasher in the kitchen,for longer stays.

Very clean and modern, close to the beach
Window in the front room needs looking at very cold breeze and you can hear all the traffic .
Toilet not attached to anything so the waste pipe was moving around . Toilet seat loose was on pins for our stay in case it broke . Only 1 toilet as well
