Very economical and central perfect for short stay

Central and host very helpfull

We hadnt warm shower nearly all week of my stay and water either was cold or scolding hot. Even though the host tried to help it was very inconvinient

Mediocre, lucky we only stayed 2 nights for festival with an adults only party so made do.

Location

No bed sheets on arrival - had to contact booking.com. We had to go to the other apartments in the block searching for towels and bedding ! Even though I had messaged ahead the day before our arrival to ensure bedding and towels were included. Cleaning wasn’t the best, the shower tray was disgusting, long black hairs found, lifted the plug and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

Wouldn’t stay again, but enjoyed the festival.

Good location and easy to get the bus to festival.

The bathroom was tiny, hardly any room to move around. Very uncomfortable space, this should have been made clear on website before booking. Shower only stayed hot for about 60 seconds. Looked like the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed. No cloth or sponge to wash up with. Our room looked nothing like the room shown on website.

Fine for a short stay but I feel you can do better for your money.

Location was really good. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Lytham which is a nice town. Close to the beach and would be great for walks. Plenty of street parking. Clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

The pictures show a few different apartments and some are obviously better than others. The hot water in our studio didn't work which meant some uncomfortable showers. The bathroom was so small that you can barely move. I don't feel the price reflects the studio itself.

Amazing value, clean and homely with modern furniture and brend new kitchen appliances

The property was in a great location perfect for both Lytham and surrounding towns - we stayed during the festival and it was the perfect base

The only recommendation would be a portable mirror - it was difficult to do hair and make up without one

Cozy, comfortable, safe, would recommend

The property was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure/heat. In terms of location, we came down here for Lytham festival and the property was in a very ideal location for that and had plenty bars and restaurants near by. The property was very quiet as well, so was undisturbed from any outside noise.

The bathroom is quite small and is connected to the kitchen which might be awkward for some people but it is ideal for couples. Furthermore the properly was very clean but still had a couple stains here and there and some dead midges on the window sill, apart from this there were no issues with cleanliness.

Not a good property unless tiny

The closeness towards the train station

The toilet/sink/shower was really tiny and all compacted together that had to sit sideways on toilet, banged head on shower door when stood up and had to turn all way around so could flush toilet. No space to dry yourself out of shower had to step outside and partner couldn't have a shower was scared due to disabilities with balance etc. Brick dust on wood work where telly,/heater/plug sockets are not cleaned off ,above windows where once had a rail and taken off filthy brown and not cleaned painted like rest of property . Had to ring couple times get someone out to get tv on as would not do anything . No mirror on wall in toilet/shower for you to have a shave if wanted wet shave . I asked if another property with bigger toilet shower only 1 available was in couple days 3 bed but another £400 for 5 days , would not have booked this if on site said not suitable for for folk with disabilities
