Relaxing stay

This is a large Victorian property which retains many of its period features. The apartment is on the first floor. The comfortable lounge has a small kitchen area ( fridge freezer compartment was over frozen), and a separate dining area. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with a shower, which whilst not a power shower… it met our needs. The bedroom is on the small side but took a double bed which was against the wall so as others said it was difficult to get out of bed without climbing out at the bottom or over your partner. The bedroom is on itself was very comfortable. Staying in the apartment gave us more freedom catering, coming and going with our two dogs, Daisy and Tess, especially as the weather was unpredictable. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Great Strathmore Apartments!

Great hosts, great apartment, great TV both in the main room & the bedroom. Excellent value for money. Well placed - not right on it but fairly near to the main part of St Anne's. On the whole highly recommended

All in all very good and would recommend, hope to stay again.

Excellent location, very handy for all amenities. Very comfortable lounge, nice kitchen area with all you'd need, good size TV and also cd player, additional TV in bedroom, excellent free parking on quiet road directly outside.

Bed was very comfy but one side against the wall so difficult to exit (if required) without disturbing partner. No blind/curtain on bathroom window.

A stunning apartment in an ideal location

We loved the property. The apartment was full of light and even nicer than the photographs. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was very clean. The host, Nigel, was very friendly and more than happy to help. The apartment is a walk away from a stunning park with play area, from St Annes' town centre and a 15mn drive to Blackpool attractions.

We found the bed uncomfortable and very creaky and the shower head and hose have seen better days (but the shower does work and the bathroom was very clean). We were surprised to find out that the electricity was on a Pound Coin meter. There was enough money in for our first day which gave us enough time to get some Pound coins to make sure we wouldn't run out of electricity. We are not talking of huge sums of money here so not a big deal.

Lovely short stay with family

Gave us his number to be able to text/call if needed anything and lives downstairs so was available if needed any help, very friendly welcome showed us around. Clean apartment, very comfy and homely feel. Really close to the beach and shops. Will be back again with the family :)

Amazing host to the point on our last night I said I didn't want to go home so he let us stay an extra night! Dog friendly, ideally situated for all facilities and easy to travel anywhere with train station literally a 4 minute walk away! We will be back soon! 😁😘

The apartment looks lovelier than it appears in the pictures. The owner is very nice and helpful. He recommended a few restaurants and places we could visit and ensuring we are alright. I will come back with friends again. I recommend these apartments to anyone or family who wishes to go on holiday in Blackpool.

Perfect!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect setting. 1 min to the beach 1 min to the gorgeous Ashton Gardens and 5mins walk to the centre of St Annes,shops,supermarket and pubs. Apartment is big and airy with a separate kitchen and a sea view. Nigel is the perfect host and I look forward to my return trip.

Absolutely stunning accommodation, genuinely felt like home from home. The live in owners are such a lovely couple, nothing is to much trouble and they are really welcoming. Location suoerb 5 mins to beach, town center with a bus stop near by if you fancy venting out the Lytham or Blackpool. 10/10 from me and the family, I will definitely be back. Thank you Nige

Was small cosy and homely. The owner who lives downstairs couldn’t of been more helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend, all the facilities you’d need for a break away.
