Strathmore Apartments

Everything I could have possibly needed was there, sofa was extra comfortable, plenty of pillows on the bed so I could keep my head up, decent sized fridge, good microwave and nice to have a toaster, TV on wall just at the right was also a bonus, room was very clean.

I didn't like having to feed the electric meter with pound coins, this seemed a very outdated thing, OK I only needed about a pound a day for what little I used, so the seven days only cost me about seven quid, now I would much sooner have had paid that tiny bit more and have the electric included, lets say something an extra ten quid a week in the summer season when your out most of the time and not using much, then maybe perhaps fifteen quid out of season when its a bit colder and your in the room a bit longer using a little more.

Lovely house lovely people

It was a great stay! The place was well-equipped with everything I needed for a nice peaceful weeklong stay and it's close to several grocery shops, places to eat, and bus routes to Blackpool if needed. It was quiet even though it's close to the beach and was very comfortable even during some unseasonably warm late spring weather. I would recommend staying here!

not much, the stay was great! don't forget to bring some coins for the electricity meter (this was a little inconvenient) - I arrived after the post office closed for the evening and couldn't get any, which worried me, but the hosts very graciously let me borrow some.
