Very convenient location and great property for two people wanting separate bedrooms and bathrooms

The location was incredibly convenient: just down the road from the station and only a few minutes' walk from the town centre. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We appreciated having a separate bedroom and bathroom each.

Not that there's anything that could be done really, but as the property is on the ground floor with large windows looking out right onto the pavement, we did have a few people having a good look in as they walked past! But nothing that really detracted from the overall stay.

Excellent location, easy walk in to town. Very comfortable.

Kitchen needed a few additional items. Kitchen knives, potato masher, oven dishes would make preparing meals to eat in easier.

Good location and nice and clean. Would have been excellent if the hot water was working.

There was no hot water or mains heating. We had to use oil filled radiations that were at the property. We were unable to shower during our stay. We contacted the host but they didn't fix it while we were there. They gave us a small refund as compensation.

Being so close to the path. Having people walk so close to the bedroom window which meant keeping curtain closed but such a small thing which didn’t spoil anything really.

Good location

Good location with 10 min walk to most things. Comfy bed and lounge area. Did the job.

Disappointed that the washing machine and dryer were not in the apartment as the details tend to feel like it’s part of the unit. The laundry is only next door so it does have them but they are pay machines with coins only, which of course we didn’t have. Towels need replacing.

Fantastic location . Comfortable beds . Easy booking and key collection. Good communication.

The lounge area felt cramped for four people and if all there at the same time 2 people were sat on plastic chairs as only one sofa . Couldn’t all eat at table together . Missing cutlery so not everyone could have a fork . Cupboards and down side of bed dusty .

Great apartment if you’re visiting the theatre or the Shakespeare attractions

Bedrooms were identical both with en-suite bathrooms so no arguing about who had the best room. Also great to have a parking space. Very easy walk to town and plenty of bars and restaurants very close.

Nothing really although we struggled to find the key box as it seemed nearer the property round the side (probably just us though! )

Great location but needs some work on the sewage smell in the bathroom

It’s was nice and central and we were able to walk to everywhere

In the right hand bed room the en suite stank of sewage it made staying in the room a little u pleasant and when we walked into the apartment from being out there was a musty smell which I can only assume came from the bathroom

A fantastic 2nd stay in this apartment to visit Stratford.

Central location to Stratford. Two bedrooms and central sitting area with kitchen. A couple of matters relating to the showers were reported and attended to promptly. Lovely supportive staff.

Wifi - poor, when working. Could not get channels to work on the television. A working tin opener would be helpful.

Great location and comfortable accommodation for 2 - 3 people.

The apartment is very convenient for access to the town centre, and the off-road parking space was a bonus. Both double bedrooms have their own ensuite which was much appreciated.

The property was only "surface clean" as there was dirt on skirting boards, crumbs on the kitchen floor and dirty window sills. I would have appreciated an Information Book with details of local places of interest as well as details on recycling rubbish. The ensuite which only has single access has a problem with the drainage on shower tray. It overspilled and the door is difficult to operate too. The WiFi is used for TV programmes - I feel it needs upgrading as the TV was "streaming" a lot. Some smaller glasses would be welcome too.

Excellent location - walking distance to everything.

The location of the house is very convenient. The house itself is well kept, clean and comfy. Easy to check in and check out. Netflix and live tv were a pleasant surprise for the late night. Will stay again.

Very minor feedback - the coffee mugs might do with replacement as they have stains. The shower in the room to the left when you enter can do with better drainage. A body wash and a shampoo in the bathrooms would be very helpful.

The location was excellent. We were able to get into Stratford easily. This is a compact property and is ideal for a stay of a couple of days.

The property was clean but not spotless. Shower tray, skirting boards an mirror in the bathroom were in need of a more thorough clean. There were some issues picked up from the previous occupiers in that the tv remote wasn't working, one of the chairs was broken and the towel rail in the LH bathroom wasn't working. It would have been nice if these issues had been fixed before we visited. In addition to this the door to the shower in the RH bathroom was broken.

Nice flat. Good value for money

This place was perfect for us. We arrived at the train station with many bags, so the fact that this was only a short walk from the station was perfect. It's a bit longer of a walk to everything else, but Stratford is such a small village that it really wasn't a problem at all. For the most part, the flat is lovely.

Some small idiosyncrasies. There were no shelves in the shower, so we had to leave soap and razors, etc on the floor. and the beds were not very comfortable. Also, the instructions for how to get in weren't well explained. I was told to enter a code at the door, but the door lock was just a standard keyed door. We eventually figured out that the code was for a lock box on the side of the building. It was fine, but it was weird.

Bathroom badly designed as the cabinet is too big, which makes it difficult to use the sink. Found a hair (that wasn't mine) on the bed and in the shower. The shower head didn't look clean. Heating didn't seen to be adjustable. Pillows were hard.

Good property and parking in great location

The location was great, just a few minutes to shops and less than 15 minutes to river/theatre. The private parking space was brilliant and just to the side of the property - this was one of the reasons I booked. Rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The property was on residential street, but could hear some road noise from main road early morning. Freeview TV did not work properly- could not get picture, it just said Audio Only on screen. I did try in settings but couldn’t figure it out. Netflix worked fine though, so wasn’t an issue for us. I did mention this in message to hosts so hopefully someone will sort that out. There is hand soap, washing up liquid etc, but no shampoo/body wash in showers, which would have been nice touch for price and standard of property.
