May cottage was an ideal base for our short break in Stratford and we would highly recommend

It was warm and comfortable and very clean. The instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow. The little extras such as tea and coffee and toiletries were much appreciated.

Very comfortable cottage for a family in an excellent location.

The location is excellent and is within walking distance to the town centre and all the attractions and shops. Our host, Kristy, met all our requests and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. We would be happy to recommend this cottage to family and friends and to stay there again in future if we visit the area.

A nice family break in a convenient location.

Great location,clean house,convenient parking,plenty of space for a family.Large master bedroom with nice ensuite.Modern kitchen.

No placemats or coasters in kitchen for dining ,no cleaning equipment for kitchen apart from dishwasher tablets,sponge and one tea towel,usually a welcome pack with basics such as washing up liquid,spray and kitchen roll is provided.Also the front door and outside areas could do with upgrading/cleaning including the garden furniture.However in general the house is presented clean and the location is excellent.

Absolutely lovely cottage in an excellent location, which I would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Very well stocked kitchen, good outside space and very comfortable bed. We stayed for one week and would happily go back again. Owner was very responsive to my queries and provided incredibly detailed guide for the property which was super helpful. All great apart from the weather!

February weekend.

A lovely house with everything we needed. Very clean throughout. Great location for walking into town, with parking available for one car. As we stayed over a weekend, the other two cars parked on a nearby street. It was a very enjoyable weekend with the family.

This would be good with a few DIY jobs and a better cleaner.

Proximity to town is good. Nice to have a Christmas tree and champagne glasses for the time of year.

Needs a deep clean and the refurbishment is clearly a cheap job.

Perfect place to stay

Looks like the linens from the 3rd room (with twin beds) were used but there were available clean linens in the cabinet so i just had to lay them on the bed for our use. Otherwise everything were in excellent condition.

Very enjoyable stay

Beautiful accommodation. Very welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would also book again if we needed to be in the area. Very modern and in an ideal location for local amenities and attractions. Excellent & speedy response from the owners at all times.

A couple of minor issues to feedback please: The mop in the wet room could do with being in a bucket in order to squeeze out the excess water and avoid a nasty odour. The sink plug had to be lifted by fingers to get rid of washing water. A couple of towels and the pillow slips on a single bed had a stale smoke odour.

Very comfortable, spacious accommodation, tastefully decorated, 15 minute walk to the centre. Kitchen was well supplied with kitchen ware, etc. Parking ok for one car.

Garden could benefit from a little attention and some easy care plants and shrubs

Fabulous hideaway near town centre

Beautifully appointed house very close to the town centre and close to amenities. The hosts provided all that we required and went over and beyond what we would have expected, including a parking permit so we could park right outside the house. The house is very comfortable, very big with a lovely garden and provided all the equipment necessary to make the stay really special. Exceptional value for money. We will definately return!

House, location and hosts made a perfect stay!

Fabulous little house, everything you need and deceptively spacious. walking distance to the racecourse. We were able to check in early. key safe entry, all went very smoothly. Beds super comfy and all was scrupulously clean. 😀

The only thing I would change. Two of the bedrooms have a glass panel over the landing area. when the light comes on which is motion censored it lights the whole room up. I would black them out.
