We had a lovely stay. The house was spacious and clean, the garden was lovely. There are 3 ensuites, plus one wc, good for big families. All the instructions were clear. The host pays attention to every details.
Got some problems with the hot water for shower due to the boiler schedule. Didn't have enough hot water for all of us (7 persons). Mike was very helpful though, we could sort it out at the end. The extra bed in the biggest bedroom was not very sturdy.

Great location, clean and well-furnished with everything we could possibly need. The owner kept us informed and everything was seamless from booking to leaving the keys. Would not hesitate to recommend. Perfect for extended family, ages 16 through to 83! A short walk to Morrisons, about 20 mins walk into Stratford and 15 mins in the car to Warwick Castle. Anne Hathaway’s cottage is a 10 min walk away. Lovely house and very safe area.
