Town Centre Apartment Perfect Location with on-street parking

The location of the property couldn’t be better with everything within easy walking distance and free parking nearby on submission of car registration to our host. The property was well furnished, well equipped and clean. Beds had very good mattresses and were extremely comfortable, very important to my friend and I as both of us suffer with our backs if mattresses are soft or dip, so we really appreciated the beds. The host was very helpful both before and at the start of the stay when I had not seen an email asking for confirmation and didn’t realise that we needed a pin to gain access to the property. We were a little panicked when we arrived but the host quickly returned our call and we were able to get in and begin a lovely couple of days in beautiful Stratford-on-Avon.

Although not a problem for us, there are two flights of quite steep stairs and these are not mentioned in the description of the apartment, so is something for potential guests with mobility issues to be aware of. We would recommend the host make this clear as this would have been an issue for my friend if she had been visiting with her husband. We were quite excited by the fact that the property has a balcony but that was disappointing as it is in need of refurbishment and there were just 2 not very comfortable chairs to use on it, which meant we didn’t make use of it during our stay. This is a real shame as I imagine not many apartments have a balcony.

A really bright, spacious comfortable apartment in a really great location. An easy walk to the RSC theatre and the river and town centre. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We hope to return to Stratford-upon-Avon in the near future and would definitely stay here again if it was available. The parking was easy - we parked over the street from the apartment. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had.
