Great location, but disappointed with the parking situation.

Perfect location

Property was described with parking which was a major plus when we booked, Only to find out there was 2 hours on street parking and no permit, even though the visitor book says the accommodation came with 1 parking permit. We had to park elsewhere and that was an extra £23 for the weekend. I think the apartment listing on booking.com is misleading and should be rewritten.

The location was just perfect.

The bathroom was not on the same level as the bedrooms, which was a bit inconvenient. Only fan was in the kitchen, so only one bedroom could have a fan at night. The biggest problem was the outlets shorted in the middle of the night, but certainly some bad luck on our part and not anyone's fault.

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of the town. Perfect to explore Stratford and for getting to the Theatre. Great that parking was included.

The apartment has spacious rooms, comfortable lounge, reasonable shower and comfortable beds. Great location for the theatre and town centre restaurants.

The apartment is situated on a corner with traffic lights, so it was a bit noisy with the windows open, but that's to be expected for such a central location.

Great Location

Great location for exploring Stratford. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped.

We got a parking ticket on the Saturday morning which was a surprise as we parked in a permit spot as advised. Had difficulty getting hold of the host but when we did she realised she hadn't registered our car as advised. It did get sorted in the end but communication was lacking on the host's part. The main view from the terrace is actually over a car park but there is a lovely view to the right which is what is shown on booking.com.

Absolutely perfect location! Right next to the park and river, pubs nearby that aren’t too busy and do good food. Easy to park the car and not too far from the apartment

Friendly and accommodating. Squeaky clean apartment with a good location close to river Avon and near all amenities.

Very Clean rooms. Jennifer was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Received information about the property early. Allowed permission to leave bags before checkin. Rooms are a nice size. Kitchen fully equipped. Towels were very nice.

There are a lot of stairs and only one bathroom located on main floor. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave and top floor was very hot. Some fans would have been helpful.

Excellent little 2 bedroom Apartment and n town, good parking near by. Washing machine was needed. All necessities provided.

All the facilities in the apartment were excellent and catered for all your needs. It was a nice touch to have tea and coffee available together with biscuits. The location was ideal for getting to shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very clean. I would definitely recommend.. this apartment

Only fault was In the bedroom with the twin beds the curtains let in the light from the street lamp during the night

Very spacious and very clean

The sofas were very comfortable and so were the beds. Good space and very clean. We were allowed to use the parking permit earlier then our check in, which was very kind.

The duvet on the big bed was very warm and a private parking space would have been better, but that's not a big issue. The only really bad thing was that I've tried contacting the host before our stay through every possible option and until 2 days before I could not reach them and I didn't get a respond.
