The house was extremely well set up. Well furnished and good kitchen. Lovely little conservatory to eat in. Easy central location, surprisingly quiet.
Beds were only ok comfortwise. Stairs extremely steep but we had been forewarned. Parking had been changed but we're promised a refund

Super convenient location, just five to ten minutes walk from all the places we went in Stratford. My girls loved the cute decor. Plenty of room for our family of six to spread out--much better than hotel rooms. Toiletries provided in the bathrooms, and the first dishwasher we've seen in our travels in the UK! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Stratford.
The bed on the middle floor was a bit hard, with an older mattress. But my girls reported that the mattresses on the top floor were perfectly comfortable! The stairs are quite steep. This was not a problem for our young family, but travelers with mobility issues might want a place with a ground floor bedroom.

Location was good, spacious. Good selection of kitchen utensils. Beautiful bathrooms. Cute seating area for eating with a company and small terrace
We based our search for the property with free parking facilities. Our travelling party included 2 small children and fair amount of luggage. We were subsequently informed by the owner that parking outside the house was not available and a public car park was a five minute walk away. We also had difficulty accessing the car park which had no space when we arrived. The owner did refund us a day’s parking which was positive.

Advertised as free parking. No free parking. Very poor. Very inconvenient. Would have expected some sort of compensation. No compensation offered so far.
