We had a lovely stay at this nicely decorated home! The absolute highlight has to be the stunning views of the racecourse. The host, Mike, made the entire process incredibly easy. We received excellent, detailed instructions ahead of time, which took all the stress out of our arrival. Having dedicated on-site car parking was a massive bonus for this area and saved us a lot of hassle.

Stayed in the hosts other property 3 years ago which was a bit nicer to be honest. Great location for the races, has all the facilities you need and good communication with the host. Thanks for letting us have a later check out, much appreciated
The property is looking very tired decoration wise, the beds were clean but it was very dirty in places, needs a deep clean in my opinion but then I am a cleaner! It didn’t affect our stay, was a lovely place to catch up with friends.

Location was mellow. With 4 kids, we were worried that we might disturb the neighbours, but if we did then no one complained to our faces! The property is well maintained, spacious and really well-equipped.
There's a smell of old milk coming from the fridge, but other than that, absolutely nothing.
