This is a beautifully maintained property with good facilities and a great outlook over the racecourse.
It’s a bit of a trek into town and not one I’d want to make as a solo female - had to use my torch function in the wilder parts - or on bad weather and Stratford’s one way system makes it difficult to take the car part way if you’re in heels (we went for an event).

Well equipped, clean modern and in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice view over the racecourse. Short drive to waitrose and into Stratford. As a tour base it worked well for us. Our second stay.

Location suitable for access to town, Theatre and accessible on foot from station.
Parking was not adequate for two cars, even our fairly small cars could not open doors side by side or when staggered. Tiles at the base of the shower cubicle in downstairs bedroom were cracked, grouting dirty. There was dirt behind washbasin taps unacceptable for basic hygiene. Event on racecourse was intrusive; noisy and went on all day and late in evening. Little privacy on patio.,
