A great stay in a fantastic, laid back location

Location was mellow. With 4 kids, we were worried that we might disturb the neighbours, but if we did then no one complained to our faces! The property is well maintained, spacious and really well-equipped.

There's a smell of old milk coming from the fridge, but other than that, absolutely nothing.

Enjoyable family break.

Loved the location, it's quiet and so handy to get into the town centre. The house looks out onto the race course so great place to stay for race meetings. It has everything avaliable you can possibly need. The central heating warms up the house very quickly and the hot water is always avaliable. There is free parking at the front of the house. Mike the host is very helpful and came to check how our stay was going which was very nice of him. His communication with info is great. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Its a town house so has 3 floors, i came with my elderly mother who was ok with the stairs but a little out of breath, bless her. That would not stop us staying again though.

Great find

Was a great set up, everyone was happy with rooms and seating area. If we went into town we could walk takes about 20minutes or uber, seating 6 for £13. Nice to walk round golf course. Views was beautiful.

A nice, relaxing place to stay, very clean and well-equipped

A very nice house, entirely suitable for six people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A very quiet area, with views over the racecourse.

It's a longer walk into town than we expected, and not just because some of our party were over eighty. Also, the use of footpaths to get there - rather than main roads - isn't possible after 4pm in November, in the dark. (Ubers were cheap, though: £12 for a vehicle seating six.)

Lovely comfortable house- we’ll be back.

Very clean, comfortable house that suited our needs very well. Really loved the view of the race course and it was a beautiful walk partly along the river into Stratford. The Uber back only cost £6 - we only booked a taxi as it was raining. Many thanks to Mike for letting us have a later checkout- we were having such a lovely time we didn’t want to leave!

The house exceeded our expectations, great views of the racecourse and being close to Town

The lay out of the property was ideal for our needs. The downstairs bedroom with on suite bathroom was perfect, lots of room. All the rooms were very roomy and well equipped. We had booked the accommodation as a base, as we attended our granddaughters wedding. We shared the house with my daughter, her husband and two children. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and the town is in walking distance. The house was an addition to an amazing weekend. and would love to come back to experience more of the Town.

This beautifully appointed townhouse was a lovely place for a family celebration.

Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, in a attractive and convenient location close to the town centre, and generously provisioned. A bonus was breakfast at Bobby's Cafe a short walk away along the Stratford Greenway.

Good location , easy to walk into town . Great view over the race course. Very comfy beds. Clean. Kitchen well stocked (not that we did any cooking) Mike sent information in advance where to eat /things to do and contacted me enroute to let me know there were fans organised to cope with the heatwave we were having Would definitely stay there again

The location was peaceful, & walking distance to the center. Overall the apartment was beautiful, loved the outdoor area to sit & enjoy the sunshine. Bonus having 2 bathrooms & spacious living room with great natural lighting & view.

A treat for a family.

Awesome experience~ couldn't ask for more! We are a family of six, ranging from 7 to 70 year old! We wanted a place nearby from which we could rest the night before touring Shakespeare's birthplace. This house was a gem. Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, the house had a proper English feel as we parked (for free) in front of it. We collected the key in a fuss-free manner as the instructions were emailed ahead of time. Once we enter the house, there was a beautiful sitting area overlooking the race course/field. We took time to explore the three levels in this home. There was an expansive dining area and comfortable couches. In the kitchen were pots and pans, as well as dishwashing liquid, all available for use. Bedrooms were exquisitely clean. We cooked breakfast and enjoyed a peaceful morning at the oval dining table. It was an easy walk to town, where cafes and groceries were. It most challenging part was saying goodbye to the home. As someone who reads multiple reviews when it comes to decisions on where to stay, I like it that the house was just as it was advertised (and slightly more). Highly recommended!

Stratford, a great place to visit.

Great house with view of race course. Front room/diner nice size and plenty of room throughout. An easy walk into Town but it is about 20 mins - depends how you view that - we were ok for walking but some probably are not. Overall though, very good and the host was very communicative.

Beautiful accommodation

Five of us, all friends, spent a wonderful weekend in Stratford & were lucky to stay in 39 Wetherby Way. The house is beautiful, everything is perfect. We had regular contact with Mike and getting into the house was easy. The bedding, towels, china, glass, cutlery etc are top quality, and it is like staying in a 5 star hotel except we had plenty of room and a lovely garden to relax in. We will stay again, thank you Mike.
