Stratford Heights - Modern 2 Bed Apartment

Everything was clean on arrival the mattresses on the beds best quality sleep the property was spacious had everything you needed and plenty of appliances in the kitchen along with extras board games throw blankets for winter weather the apartment was beautifully presented on arrival the apartment is perfect location to Maybird town centre boats river Avon bus stops all in walking distances 5-10 minutes the shower was lovely heating is tricky to work but once you know how it comes on easy there are switches under the radiators along with plug switches to ensure are turned on before use very warm once you get them on instant heat in a short time 5-10 minutes

Only downfall was the stairs leading into the property around 5 flights made it difficult with suitcases but it didn’t stop us getting out luckily front door needs attention key to get in is very temperamental owners of the front door needs to fix this issue

This apartment became available to us at very short notice after our original booking was cancelled due to maintenance. The owners, a really pleasant married couple, handled the switch brilliantly - quick to sort us out, and even called us directly when texting wasn't working well to coordinate. The apartment itself was lovely, well within walking distance of the town centre, and had a nice touch with an air fryer in the kitchen. Location and hosts were genuinely excellent.

It's on the top floor with no lift, which was a real hurdle throughout the stay, particularly for two of us. Not enough to ruin the trip - we were determined to enjoy ourselves and just got on with it - but it was more than just an awkward check-in/check-out, it was a recurring issue the whole stay. Worth knowing upfront if stairs are difficult for you.
