The company did the booking for me. I was given a 4 digit number Pin on my Email. When I arrived at 9:30pm, as soon as I inserted the Pin, it did not work. I tried several times and nothing. I called the host two times, but didn't pick up. I sent to voice mails until I received a message from the host saying that in order to get the Pin number I had to say if I was interested in using the Hot Tube or not, and that he sent a message through the "booking" page.
It was 9:30pm at 5 degrees. The booking was done through my company and I wasn't able to reply to that message. I said no, and provided me with the actual Pin.
The place was good and the host was able to reply, but I find it quite a bottle neck to be provided with a Pin provided you answer, through "booking" (and not able to reply due to the above). This could have been done my means of a phone call to ensure that I need to answer that question if I want the Pin to be provided. Other than that, the place was great.
