Stay anywhere else, I only wish I could upload the pictures of the mess disgusting

It was a disgrace the state of the place dust and grime everywhere, I messaged the owner about it, cleaner come didn’t do a lot, then they kept are deposit say we made a mess

Disappointed and felt tricked.

Location and the space.

Various spider webs. The fact that you are not informed out the 50 pound Hot tub fee before hand. Also found a toe nail in the hot tub. The name of the place is the HOT TUB COTTAGE. If you are willing to pay 150 pounds per night in Stratford upon Avon...there is better places. For 100 pound that included the hot tub. it would have been more value for money.

The company did the booking for me. I was given a 4 digit number Pin on my Email. When I arrived at 9:30pm, as soon as I inserted the Pin, it did not work. I tried several times and nothing. I called the host two times, but didn't pick up. I sent to voice mails until I received a message from the host saying that in order to get the Pin number I had to say if I was interested in using the Hot Tube or not, and that he sent a message through the "booking" page. It was 9:30pm at 5 degrees. The booking was done through my company and I wasn't able to reply to that message. I said no, and provided me with the actual Pin. The place was good and the host was able to reply, but I find it quite a bottle neck to be provided with a Pin provided you answer, through "booking" (and not able to reply due to the above). This could have been done my means of a phone call to ensure that I need to answer that question if I want the Pin to be provided. Other than that, the place was great.

Hot tub Location Cleaner Kitchen

Sofa bed so uncomfortable Mouldy bathroom Blood stains on bedding in main bedroom Handle falling off constantly in main bedroom Very steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom. Very poor communication Cancelled booking day before trip then after me frantically trying to find somewhere else I was told I actually could have the property. Told could have the car permit after 10 but didn't so had to keep mooving my car which massively impacted my day. Very disapointed

We didn’t stay - avoid at all cost

Good location and the kitchen was new - so ok

This is the worst property I have ever booked and we walked out without staying. The cottage was dirty, including all the touch points. The door handle fell off, the toilet seat was loose, the bath was grimy. The beds were uncomfortable, the second bedroom hadn’t been hoovered, there was washing left in the machine etc. The stairs to the second bedroom were nearly vertical with no hand rail - this should have been pointed out in the listing. The hot tub had sediment on the bottom which should have been filtered out with proper maintenance. The living room was tiny, crumbs in the sofa bed and a dirty rug. Check in details were not provided until we were in Stratford and I had to chase. We immediately contacted the owner - Michael - who was unhelpful, defensive and rude. After two conversations wherein he swore and used derogatory language we left the property. When I complained to Booked.com he had lied and told them we had stayed and there were no issues!!!
