Location was amazing! Right in the centre of everything.

Little noisy at night time due to a busy pub opposite, but didn’t cause us much disruption as neither of us are light sleepers. The lack of blind on the bedroom skylight however meant I was wide awake at sunrise 🙈 There were eye masks provided, but mine broke so I was unable to use it.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was helpful when we were left at an unfamiliar station and recommended a reputable taxi service. We were very pleased with the location as very central to all the things that we wished to do during our stay. The bathroom was particularly nice.

The only criticism was that there was only one wine glass, and one tea towel for a three night stay. If we had intended to eat in more often, a couple of serving dishes would have been helpful. Other than these minor observations everything else was good.

The apartment was beautiful. Close to everything Washington machine a bonus

I didn't realise I was on the second floor. Hard to manage getting luggage up the stair cases by myself

I stayed in Flat 4, lovely decor, clean, welcome beveridges & water. Its a double bed with good shower but is over a Lap Dancing club so very noisy so I complained. I then got moved to Flat 7, lovely decor, clean, 2 bedrooms & 2 showers, welcome beveridges & water. But still noisy from the pub across the road. Its very close to centre & street is nice in the day but at night its very noisy & lairy. They are really great flats but not if you want to sleep at night. This was all clear in the read more comments but not in the first lot, which i didnt see until i delved further or i wouldn't have stayed here.

Lots of stairs & no lift so no good for disabilities. Over a Lap Dancing nightclub open from 10pm to 5am every night var Sunday & Monday. Opposite an open air public house, open all day for food until 1am. Not double glazed so outside noise gets inside. The only way i could cover it was by closing all windows & putting the fan on full blast in flat 7. Windows only have slatted blinds so its not dark at night. I got no good sleep for 6 nights which was how long my stay was. Agreed a monetary compensation from the company.
