This property is in a great location, and is nicely furnished with all basic amenities covered. Dishwashing facilities and shower gel, shampoo etc was provided.
When we arrived the property hadn’t been cleaned. This was seemingly an admin error and housekeeping hadn’t been informed of our booking. It was initially difficult to contact the owner to get this sorted, as he was busy working and couldn’t speak to us. However this was quickly rectified and we were able to continue with our plans. When we returned to the property it was immaculately cleaned, beds changed and fresh towels had been provided.

The house was big, good sized living and bedrooms.bathroom was a good size. Lovely old house with some great wooden furniture. Beds and settees comfy and large. Easy walk to the centre of town. Communication was good and easy to get the keys.
Very noisy road back bedroom and attic room were quieter. The slatted blinds were not sufficient to keep the light out on Summer mornings. The kitchen could do with updating with new crockery etc. parking is tricky because of the permits- but paid car parks very close

The location was great a stones throw away from city center. The house was a good size.the staff online were supper helpful and very responsive.
The maintenance of property was poor. Not very child friendly. Broken slates near kitchen door way which could cause injury.no pat testing on any appliances. Floors absolutely filthy. Third bedroom was out of bounds as stairs to steep.garden in poor state no maintenance what so ever. Dumped sofa in corner of garden.
