We loved every thing about our stay .our hosts John and Sue were very welcoming and warm .John gave us lots of tips on the area re parking and which Towns to visit .
Our room was cosy and very clean .our bathroom was down the hall .we were supplied with white robes ,which was lovely ,we had tea making facilities in our room .The bed was comfortable,we enjoyed a good nights sleep.
We had an excellent breakfast each morning ,It was cooked by Sue and was delicious.They were lots of choices to choose from .It was a great start to the day
We would highly recommended it and if in the area again ,will definitely stay here
The Town of Stratford upon Avon is two miles from the property.there is a bus stop at the end of the drive .

A comfortable stay in a beautiful farm, so convenient for Stratford-upon-Avon and the RSC. We've stayed before and will again. The breakfast is amazing! Sets you up for the whole day.
The quilt is a little small. My feet stick out!

We loved the location, it was very close to the bus stop and city centre but still felt quiet and peaceful. The room was pristine, every thing was comfortable and homely; particularly liked the small extras in the bathroom. Our hosts were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and secure. The breakfast was more than enough and delicious!
Our stay didn’t need improving.

A very friendly and warm welcome, out in the open countryside but with a bus stop at the end of the drive which travelled into Stratford upon Avon, perfect.
Nothing to dislike.
