Lovely clean room in a beautiful peaceful location. Very set back from the main road so no traffic noise, despite being a short drive to the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Friendly hosts. Lovely cooked breakfast.

The only slight negative is we could hear voices quite loudly below us in the breakfast room when in bed. But if you’re quite an early riser / in a different room / wear ear plugs, I imagine that won’t be an issue for you.

Everything I could ask for to celebrate my 65th birthday.

The owners were very helpful, understanding and accommodating for whatever I requested during our stay. I would recommend this location to anyone, Nice countryside around, only 5 minutes drive to Stratford upon avon and 13 minutes to Warwick. An ideal position for a quiet vacation.

Bathroom needed updating sink too small, make plumbing neater under sink. Better kettle needed rooms we have always stayed in kettle comes away from base easier to use. Just the little things that make all the difference.

Lovely quiet location close to Stratford Upon Avon.

The farm is located a few minutes drive out from Stratford Upon Avon, so is convenient to access all the facilities and attractions on the town. We had a double room upstairs with a lovely view of the garden and farm paddocks with sheep grazing. The house is located a good distance away from the road so no traffic noise to disturb us. The hosts are a lovely couple who gave us a warm greeting & who were very helpful, providing us with a magnificent breakfast & lots of helpful information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Mum & son summer adventures 💙

The hosts were very welcoming, my little boy who's 9 hadn't stayed in a B&B before so he was super excited. He loved being able to look around at the animals on the farm and chatting thr hosts of to sleep....

This was only because I was staying with my 9 year old son, our bathroom wasnt attached to the room but it was across the hall and no one else used it but I was worried about having to leave him alone when showering etc....

Close to Stratford-upon-Avon, yet pure countryside atmosphere

Kind hosts and great delicious breakfast, especially the English breakfast, but there are also continental options (different types of cereals, apples and oranges, jam and marmelade, honey, different types of yoghurts, orange juice, different types of teas, choice of white or brown toast). We are incredibly grateful for the lactose-free milk that was bought for us. Meadow close to the building, next to the mini camping site, was used for exercising. Great location - close to the city (2 min by car), yet countryside feeling

Unfortunately, only two tables for breakfast, but more rooms, thus sharing a table with other guests can be necessary. Surrounded by a farm with sheep and a camping place nearby - pure nature, which is great on the one hand, but involves hearing sheep communicate even at night sometimes, which is not always enjoyable for people used to urban life 😉 But it's called 'Ingon Bank FARM Bed and Breakfast' so we should have expected it.
