as a base for exploring, it was ok.

the caravan was well equipped and there was a lovely welcome coffee tray with biscuits. communication was brilliant. The site is lovely with a restaurant and pub on site with fabulous entertainment. It is in a quiet area away from the town centre with a boat every 20 mins to ferry you there.

The caravan could do with some maintenance ie laminate peeling away on cupboards, toilet floor sinking, thin matressess that you could feel every spring through. There was a half bottle of water on one counter top, and glass shards on another, cigarette ends outside.

Caravan suited our needs. Restaurant we visited on site had good food and service. Drinks were a little pricey. Site was

Property was clean. Beds made up and towels were plenty. A nice touch was having all the tea towels, washing up cloths and liquid and 2 toilets

We were told we could check in up till 10pm and arrived at 8pm and the office was closed. Luckily we were directed to someone who works in the office who was very helpful and obtained a spare key. The owner did contact us later that evening.

All in all it was pleasant.

Tea, coffee and biscuits waiting on arrival, very good position, plenty of towels and be linen. It felt and smelled fresh and clean on arrive.

Bed was uncomfortable, no mattress protectors. Most cupboard doors need replacing (delaminating). Some caused scratches. Living room carpet could do with replacing. Information pack needs updating - restaurant opening times.

Avoid number 31 at all costs!!

The location was great, short ride on the water taxi to the town.

The rental property was described as clean and modern, very disappointed, property is worn and tired, the property was also filthy, no attempt made to clean, dead bugs on the sofa’s, dirty plates in the cupboard, broken chairs in the living room and rotten chairs on the decking. Requested to strip beds and load into bags for cleaning, no mattress or pillow protection, blood stains on one duvet. Old tired bedding. Floor in toilet unsafe. Unable to use second toilet as leaks under caravan.

Disappointing

It was in a lovely location

The property had not been turned over and cleaned since previous occupants when we arrived. We had to go out for dinner after a long day with 4 young children to give the cleaner time to clean. This came at a significant additional cost. The property was still dirty and dirty linen left even after a clean. Items from previous occupants left under beds. The property is generally tired. The laminate is cracked or coming away from the surface in many areas, a dining stool is unusable. The beds are very uncomfortable. There is an unpleasant, musty smell coming from the soft furnishings. There is a plumbing issue from the front toilet when flushed (water pours out underneath the van)

We had everything we needed and more. Perfect accommodation for a group of friends.

Easy to check in and quiet. It was a great space and perfect for a group of friends. Parking outside caravan was brilliant. Felt safe and secure. Shower facilities were great in the caravan sometimes they. Am very very cramped and uncomfortable but not here.

A little cramped in bedrooms, lots of things kept under the beds so difficult to have bags in the rooms and be able to move around. Being very picky it was a bit dusty in places and some of the bedding looked very well used.

It Felt untidy, very bad smell as we entered for the first time, the sheets smelled bad and used like they were not washed also the towels. It was dusty . Generally not ideal. The closets were untidy inside and many like personal things around and under the beds. For the price we have paid it wasnt value for money

We needed 1) more information as to the best and safest way to walk to Stratford 2) more detailed information about where water taxi departs from in Stratford and max no. of passengers, 3) more details on how to use the boiler. In summary a visitor guide would be helpful so that all information is in one place.

Lovely relaxing stay the park was lovely and the people were so friendly...accommodation was clean and tidy all you would need for a weekend away.

It may sound silly there was no iron in the caravan other than than fully equipped
