Had some mould issues in one of the bathrooms and the flip side to the central location was that it can be a bit noisy late at night when the pubs empty

The location was excellent, the size of the property was great and the open plan nature was perfect for our group. I found my bed ( double) really comfortable. Glad of the fans.
The flat needs a deep clean. On arrival one of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, leaving us to see the disgusting mess left by the previous stay. The shower was dirty but looks even worse due to the mould around the seals. There were ring marks from cups on the floor ( cleanable) and the sofas need a good steam. Free Parking isn’t assured close to property and we almost ended up a good 10 minutes away.After driving around 3 times we were lucky to secure a spot in the closest road, but other than the Sunday this road always seemed full! I would have liked the host to have reached out earlier than only a few hours before check in. I appreciate security ( and I wanted to be organised and prepared rather than last minute) but I hadn’t heard anything when 7 of us left to travel which was slightly worrying. I don’t think any previous host has left it so late to send details. I do appreciate this last comment is a personal preference.
