Excellent location and the parking space was very welcome.

Very spacious accommodation with parking space and literally a few minutes walk to the RSC. Great communication beforehand and were obliging with a request we had. Despite the kitchen and bathroom being dated it was spotlessly clean.

Disappointed, not clean and facilities very old

Spacious and quiet

The whole property appeared not to have been refurbished or items replaced for a very long time. The carpets were visibly stained and there was an odour associated with them. The bathroom had extremely outdated fittings and was not comfortable to use, with very noisy cistern. Some of the furniture was broken and worn. There was a power extender cable in the bedroom running along the floor that didn’t work so there was nowhere to plug in a bedside lamp. Lighting was outdated in the bedroom, no bed lamps. Stained lighting cord above the bed lit a spotlight onto your face of the type used in old caravans or boats.

Lovely flat, five minutes gentle walk from the theatre. Well equipped. Super clean! Free parking behind the flat. Above all a really kind welcoming owner who has been so helpful to us over several visits now.

Apartment is comfortable, clean and convenient for all tourist attractions, eateries and hostelries

Location excellent and allocated parking space invaluable in Stratford. Self check in using key safe very easy and host very helpful and attentive. Facilities great and bed very comfortable. No noise from other residents in the block and traffic noise considerably reduced when windows closed. Arrived on the hottest day of the year, so delighted to find two fans provided which I used throughout my stay. Flat is spacious and would easily accommodate 4 adults. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a visit to Stratford upon Avon.

Not a problem for me, but being on the top floor and accessible only by stairs it would not be suitable for anyone disabled or with mobiliy issues. However, the details do state that this is a top floor apartment.

Fantastic find!

The apartment was spacious and the beds so comfortable. It really is a home from home. Everything you need is there and the short walk from the apartment along the canal is lovely and a quick way to get into the centre. Would love to stay there again.

Very close to the town centre, but on the 3rd floor with triple glazing so no problem with noise. I'm picky about beds, these are very comfortable. Perfect for our needs - very restful place to come back to at the end of 2 intense days. Beautiful sunrise! Really helpful owners :-)

For non UK travelers…. No kitchen paper towels, only one cloth kitchen towel provided as well as no washing machine tablet. A surprise since our other stops provided. Only one small lamp one lamp so had only bright overheads. Problem with lock box but was rectified very quickly.

A well located, functional apartment that is more than adequate for a short stay

Great location just a short walk into the centre of Stratford and and the main attractions. Parking is a bit tight but doable. The property was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom clean & functional with shower/bath and basic toiletries provided.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift. This wasn't an issue for us but may be for someone with mobility issues. The floorboards creak pretty much everywhere and there is a sterile feel to the apartment. There are no curtains in any rooms and the walls are bare. Light streams in at sunrise. My wife tells me the electric hob takes an eternity to warm up compared to the one we have at home. This is a rental property as opposed to a home that people rent out.

Clean, comfortable, and very well equipped apartment conveniently located within easy walking distance to central Stratford. Despite being near a busy street, it was quite quiet. The parking spot was located nearby. We had a lovely stay here and would certainly recommend it.

The decor was quite minimalist, which is fine, but a few pictures on the walls might have made it a little more homely, but that is a minor observation and not a complaint.

Great apartment near centre of Stratford upon avon

The apartment was a really good size and very clean through out. Excellent location. It was a 5 - 10 minute stroll along the river to all the amenities, shops, cafes, pubs and resteraunts. Stratford has so much to see and visit and this apartment makes a perfect base to explore from. We will definitely use it again.

We wished that we could have more nights there!!

Very spacious for a family of four (two adults and two young kids), cozy and functional dining area and easy to use kitchen. Also we love the fact that they have a full size bath. The rooms are facing the busy road but all those road facing windows are double glazed and once all shut, nothing would disturbed us.

This is not a bad point, but one might need to be aware that it is in the third floor without lift which was not a problem for us though.

Fabulous apartment and an excellent location for Stratford.

Excellent place to stay. This 2 bed apartment is spacious and was very clean upon arrival. There is plenty of cupboard/storage space if required for your stay. The kitchen has the basic amenities needed for food prep (if doing so) and there is a dining table as part of the living room area. The bed is comfortable, there is a great shower and some extras such as an iron and a large floor fan. Having a parking space is one main reason why I went for this place and it's a great bonus that makes life easier. The location is perfect for Stratford, with the main town centre just a few minutes walk, and the waterfront of Bancroft Gardens again just a few minutes walk, literally just around the corner.
