Location and spaciousness

Too few Kitchen pots and pans

The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to see. We enjoyed the canal path that allowed us to walk just off the road. Finding the place was extremely easy; we walked from the train station without a problem. The lockbox with key was clearly labeled and our apartment was clean and fresh. It was myself and my two, teenage daughters who came for a stay. We enjoyed being able to explore Stratford-upon-Avon with the option of being able to pop back to the apartment for a quick rest. It was also a wonderful way to unwind after a day of sightseeing, shopping, and eating. The apartment had all of the little things one might need during a long weekend such as shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, electric kettle, games, etc.

There was really nothing that we didn't like. The bathroom and kitchen are maybe a bit dated aesthetically but completely functional and in working order and charming; there's no need for an update. We were completely happy with the place.

The whole property appeared not to have been refurbished or items replaced for a very long time. The carpets were visibly stained and there was an odour associated with them. The bathroom had extremely outdated fittings and was not comfortable to use, with very noisy cistern. Some of the furniture was broken and worn. There was a power extender cable in the bedroom running along the floor that didn’t work so there was nowhere to plug in a bedside lamp. Lighting was outdated in the bedroom, no bed lamps. Stained lighting cord above the bed lit a spotlight onto your face of the type used in old caravans or boats.
