Great place and kind hosts

The place was well decorated and clean, the host was super helpful and promptly helped with our questions on access, good parking, instructions clear and accommodating.

I could see some marks of water infiltration in the bedrooms, which would make me consider staying for a longer period, but as it was just one or two nights, no big deal. Also, there was a door locked inside one of the bedrooms (I guess it was the bathroom?), which made us uneasy at first but I can think of reasons for it to be that way.

Lovely, cosy and clean

A lovely cosy flat with modern kitchen and bathroom. Lovely decor and not overdone. Beds and lounge very comfortable. Flat is located about 5 to 10 minute walk to Shakespeares birth place and the water front. Also close to shops and grocery stores. On site parking is a bonus! The instructions to get there from the host made the property easy to find. Very neat, clean and tidy. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Due to the age of the property it smelt a bit musty when you first walk in but then the smell dissipates. If you are planning a long stay there is no washer/dryer provided. Not suitable for people with walking disability or wheelchair as there is no lift and the flat is on mid floor so there are stairs. Need better outdoor lighting at the front of the building for safety reasons, as it’s very dark if you are walking back at night time and can’t see the steps up to the front door.

Great location, satisfactory stay

Location was super, easy walk to the centre of Stratford, near to great Gastro Pub. Parking easy at the rear of the property.

Struggled with the side gate, no key in the drop box when we arrived and apartment not very clean. Bath Towels very small.

Last minute short stay, great location, easy instructions for getting in.

Brilliant location, Avon's View had all that we needed. Nice to have an instruction manual for how to work items in the property including the radiators. Previous suggestions in reviews have been acted upon apart from the fridge door.

Just the settee was uncomfortable for us.

Good property for a over night stay.

Nice and close to all the shops. Nice layout of property. Loved the security of the property.

The fridge door would just flip open as floor not level. Over flow in kitchen sink dirty and needs replacing. In need of a bath mat for the shower as it was slippery. Stairs a little tricky if disabled.

Thoroughly impressed with our stay, such a nicely furnished apartment with everything you need.

This is a lovely apartment and very nicely decorated. It has an excellent kitchen and utilities. Excellent location in the centre of Stratford upon Avon. My brother and I really enjoyed our stay and we were both very impressed with the apartment. It was very clean with nice comfy beds. Excellent. Lots of good places to visit or to eat and drink within a short walk.

Location great.

The location was brilliant. Everything was walkable and having parking spaces included made everything so much easier. The entry codes all worked first time.

We booked for 5 (4 plus a child) but the only visible bedding for the 5th person was in a cupboard and as the welcome book threatened a £50 fee for using anything from the cupboards, we were loathed to use that. Luckily we'd put spare bedding in the car, just in case! The welcome book said to enjoy the free biscuits - none were left. Coffee and 3 tea bags were available. Only having one towel per person, with no spare hand towel for either kitchen or bathroom. The dining chairs are in need of repair and a pair of scissors would be useful.

Great stay!

Excellent, clean, nice facilities including Netflix account, washin machine etc. Perfect location close to town centre, without being disturbed by traffic. Private parking a big plus!

Little gem of a location, comfy and cosy with great facilities

Location was ideal for us and a big bonus was the large car park. Parking in Stratford is not easy so being able to leave the 2 cars at the location was great.

For those unfamiliar with an induction hob and electric radiators, it would have been really helpful to have some basic instructions. We managed, though could not get the hob to turn on, and the fridge froze our milk! But we were only staying 2 nights and we managed perfectly well.

Was a lovely apartment once it warmed up a bit

Location was great - very easy walking distance to town. Plenty of parking, which was a bonus that close to town. Apartment was nice. Big rooms, and comfortable beds

Apartment was really cold on arrival (14 degrees), and took about a day to heat up - not helped by the fact that the kitchen heater was broken. In the end I went to b and q (on owner's instruction) to buy a new heater.

Lovely and close to the high street

Location was great and very convenient with private parking. The flat is a great size with plenty of space and facilities. Communication with the owner was great. We had no issues getting into the property.

There was a mouldy smell, especially in the pink bedroom. Some dishes were left unwashed in the dishwasher but the owner apologised for the oversight and it didn’t make a huge difference to our stay.

Lovely overnight stay

Location was excellent and the secure parking a real bonus. Plenty of room in the apartment and well equipped. Communications from the owner were detailed and clear. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Nothing at all, was great for what we wanted. If someone had mobility issues, just be aware there is a flight of stairs to climb. Was no problem for us.

Todo impecablemente limpio, el piso muy coqueto, buena ubicación, varios detalles en la casa (te, cápsulas de café, mermelada...) en nuestro recorrido por Inglaterra ya hemos estado en 7 sitios y este es el mejor con mucha diferencia.
