It was a very nice, very clean house only 1.5 miles from the centre of town. It had a drive long enough for our two cars, but the road itself also has no parking restrictions. Only a mile from a nice stroll alongside the canal and 2 seconds from a massive Tesco and a bunch of shops (Sports Direct, Next, etc.)
My wife says she saw a lot of cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling, but I didn't see any. I suspect my wife's glasses may have cracks in.

Size of the house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids, beds were extremely comfortable and the garden and toys were an added bonus.
Dusting in higher up places could have been better, quite a few large cobwebs.
