Great location easy parking, otherwise reasonable facilities.

Small beds very uncomfortable

It was well decorated, bed was very comfortable and everything one could need was there. The instructions on how to access the property was clear. Parking was available at the back and the property is situated right within the town, less than 3 minutes walk.

I wish the coffee and tea were provided in individual Satchets.

Very central location. A real home from home feeling

We loved everything but it would have been totally perfect if there was a mirror in the bedroom opposite the lounge

Location, nice and clean and welcoming .

Not sure it would have been spacious enough for 6 with only one bathroom. No mirror in small bedroom and no bath mat ( very minor detail)

Central Location although road noise was a bit of an issue, good value for money, suited our needs.

Dirty, smoking oven. No bath mat! 4.6in bed. Waste water noise from upstairs in the blue room once toilets were flushed in the morning!

Location was fabulous. The apartment was wonderful. Everything we needed.

Mattress in smaller bedroom not very comfortable; nonslip mat in shower/bath might be useful.

The flat was tidy, clean and well presented. It was also adequately equipped with towels etc. The location is fantastic.

The mattresses were diabolical. Sleeping felt like a punishment. Anything and I mean anything, other than the mattress I slept on, would have been an overall upgrade to my sleeping experience.

Comfortable, stylish flat. Clean and convenient. On site parking a real bonus for Stratford-upon-Avon.

Location was great

Really good location for our friends’ trip away. Convenient for restaurants and bars with the added bonus of generous parking included. Great communication from the hosts made finding the parking and entrance codes with key safe hassle free. Nice to have complimentary tea, coffee and milk cartons as well as liquid soap and shower gel. Warm and welcoming, we all had a comfortable stay.

The front door, whilst it did shut, looks to need repairs to the lock. External lighting could be improved to avoid tripping on the front steps and helping with inputting the door code. The internal corridor lighting which should be on motion sensors wasn’t working either so we had to use our phone torches. Just a few things which would help guests to feel more secure on entering and exiting, especially when dark or in case of emergency.

Beds were thin and uncomfortable

I liked the apartment very clean and very modern and it was right on the main road onto stratford-upon-avon so the town was very close. I couldn't find any instructions for the sofa bed. It was just a small detail I slept on the sofa very comfortable The owners of the apartment were very quick with replying to any communication I sent and made our trip easier with parking

The apartment is lovely! Its a good size, so clean and has everything you need. The apartment is located very close to everything, which is great. However, as its on a main road, the traffic gets very loud from 6am.. so expect to be awake early.

The flat was lovely and comfortable and well decorated. It really felt like home from home. Great location and an added bonus was the car park which had lots of space

There was nothing to dislike - I would recommend to anyone who wanted to visit Stratford upon Avon.

This place is spectacular! Home from home. I've rented many apartments and none of them had this level of stuff in the kitchen. So many miss the basics, this place had bins for everything, ample pans, knives etc, kitchen paper, towels etc. The lounge and TV area was fantastic. Big fluffy blankets everywhere and Netflix. I can't stand having to watch what's on TV so being able to login to my account was spot on. Parking I'm centre of town is also very welcomed. I'll definitely book again.

Nothing I didn't like. Just a few very minor suggestions to make it even better. Little extras like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner would have been nice. I didn't bring any with me. Instructions on how to use the hob and how to put the heating on would be useful. The bath I ran didn't get very hot so not sure if there's an optimum time to use or something i had to do??

Nice flat in central Stratford. Easy to find, all the information needed was provided by the host. Had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable.

Only thing to note is the light around the side of the building wasn't working.

The apartment was very spacious. Good location. Good facilities.

The fact that the hot water was never really hot and there was a limited supply of it as it came from a hot water tank. I wanted a bath but the hot water ran out before I could fill it.

Communication: The host was responsive and friendly, which was the only positive aspect, along with the central location and the secure parking.

Location: Conveniently located in the city center, but unfortunately on a very noisy road, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. Cleanliness: The apartment was not up to standard, with several issues that impacted our stay. Comfort: The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were so poor that only our child managed to get any sleep, while none of the adults could close their eyes all night. One bed was a queen size, and the other was even smaller, making both impossible for two people to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the sheets were of poor quality—thin, rough, and stained—and the pillows were equally disappointing, being thin and uncomfortable. The poor insulation also made the apartment both too hot and too cold at times. Amenities: The hot water system was a major issue. Only one of us could take a shower. Following our request, the host informed us that we needed to wait 30 minutes between each shower for the tank to refill and reheat. Considering that each person might take a 10 minute shower, for a group of four, it would take approximately 2.5 hours for everyone to shower—a completely impractical situation, known by the landlord who is "managing it" but yet still getting our money. Noise: The apartment has no insulation, whether thermal or acoustic. It will either be too cold or too hot, and sound insulation is non-existent—it’s as if the windows were open all the time. The entrance door to the building slams shut loudly, causing the walls to shake, which was extremely disruptive. Despite this being a known issue, no one had the presence of mind to put up a sign asking residents to hold the door if this problem was temporary.

Could hear toilet running behind our heads when in bedroom from upstairs apartment which disturbed us.

Beautiful setting flat, very good location, plenty of towels, has everything in the kitchen.

The mattress is bit too old, can feel the spring.
