Avon’s Rest

Very comfortable 2 bed flat. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Parking on site and 10 mins walk to the river and theatres in Stratford. Ideal location for a stay before a show. Great communication from the owners, all very clear and easy.

Some road noise but not too bad.

Lovely little apartment, gorgeous living space, comfy beds and in an excellent location. Great value for money with the parking included.

The bathroom wasn't particularly clean and could do with a freshen up. The other rooms were a much nicer standard. Unfortunately we weren't sent any of the access details to the property or carpark prior to our stay, which meant we were circling round and stuck outside of the property for 30 minutes before we could get in. Nobody was answering the mobile number provided but luckily I ran into another guest who contacted the owner of her apartment (different number) to ask if she could share the details. The other owner said he would let his friend know and immediately I received the communication with all of the details needed but there was no apology or even acknowledgement of the delay and the communication error at their end.

Excellent location , good 2 bedrooms apartment with big secured car park area . Free tea bags ,coffees , and sugar in the kitchen. Owner sent us very detailed check in information 48hrs before stay , very useful and handy .

We can hear water running through the pipe in the apartment after showering/ tap water from upstairs in the night . Also apartment is by the main street , so make sure shut the windows fully to avoid outside traffic noisy

Great location, good communication, good sized lounge area & kitchen well set up even though we didn't use it. Huge parking area at rear, make sure you clearly read check in instructions.

Shower was pretty average & disgusting rusty water came out of top shower head so we swapped to hand held unit. Beds were not comfortable & just didn't feel clean for some reason.
