Perfect location, cottage lovely but a tad tired in places and could have been cleaner.

Fantastic location, cottage had everything we needed.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, particularly the toilet. Pillows extremely uncomfortable and heard neighbours very clearly through the walls.

Overall we had a great time.

Very quaint, lovely and clean and fabulous location.

Our only problem with this property was there was four of us, adults but only a small 2 seater & very small armchair in the living room. We had to take it in turns to sit on the floor.

Great little cottage

We loved the location and the style of the property. There was lots to do in the area. Easy to park in Winsor street car park and only a 5 minute walk.

It would of been nice to be aware that the stairs are very steep as my mum struggled a bit with this. The sofas are not overly comfortable for 4 people, we had to use a dining chair in the lounge.

Great location. Very comfortable beds. Comfortable lounge. Constant hot water and a very good shower. The kitchen had everything the four of us needed and it was nice that coffee, tea and milk were provided.

If I’m being really picky, a shaving mirror above the sink would have been good but nothing really.

Great for stay in Stratford but requires some attention to detail

Close to town centre. Easy to find. Comfy beds.

Some kitchen items weren’t clean. Had to wash cutlery and crockery when we got there. Dirty oven gloves in kitchen drawer. Heating did not work properly. Suspect radiators wanted bleeding. So never got quite hot enough. Luckily after first night weather warmed up so we weren’t as cold. I did contact the management company but they took about 4 hours to reply and then it was simply a message to ring a mobile number. To be honest I just thought ‘why am I spending my time doing this when I’m on holiday!’ Also please be aware that the stairs are very steep so no good for anyone with mobility issues. The shower is over the bath so again this could be a problem for some people.

Perfect location for a short break.

Great location with a short walk into the centre of Stratford . Perfect for getting to the theatre

More kitchen utensils were needed like sharp knives , washing up bowl and a tray .The cottage also needed a further comfortable chair downstairs .

Property was clean and tidy and the beds was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Small and compact but ideal for a couple of days in Stratford.

Lovely little property with easy access to the Town Centre. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds.

Plug in kitchen is broken and no washing up bowl, so unable to fill the sink to wash up.
