Location was excellent, could walk to all best locations. Good car parking.
Had what we needed but Cramped, too much large furniture for small place. No dishwasher, though booklet said there was one. Not a problem. Cooker very old. Whole place needs updating, freshening up and a deep clean. No recycling options though bins outside said there should be.

The location was excellent, so close to everything and on-site parking, this was so good. Getting in and out of the property was fine, maybe a small key ring on the key would be useful, just a minor suggestion that could help future guests.
We had a really lovely time at this holiday let. The property itself is beautifully kept, welcoming, and in a great location for a relaxing break.
I stayed in the room with the single bed, which was very comfortable. The only small thing for me was that the duvet cover hadn’t been ironed — this is absolutely a personal preference and didn’t take away from how nice the rest of the place was.
My friend, who stayed in the double room, mentioned that her bed wasn’t quite as comfortable for her. Again, this may simply come down to individual preference, but it might be worth someone having a quick try lying on it just to check.
We also received a message from our host Harry during our stay asking if we could strip the beds before leaving. We didn’t end up doing this (sorry, Harry!), simply because when we’re away — especially when paying £180 for a one‑night stay — we prefer to fully relax and not worry about any housekeeping tasks.

The flat was really cosy and tidy, and had a calm feel to it. Absolutely brilliant location, with a view of Shakespeare’s birthplace and really close to the town centre. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and happy to help with anything if needed.

The property was very close to the town centre so we didn't need to use the car at all whilst we were there. The directions from the owner were great. The property itself was very cosy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The information booklet on arrival was useful and the owner was attentive with his communication. We enjoyed our stay.
The apartment was in a shared building which was no problem. However, the stairwell to reach the apartment could do with a spruce up and good clean but in fairness, that probably has nothing to do with the owner as the standard of cleanliness and attention to detail within the apartment itself was really good.
