Nice cosy little flat in a quiet area, but close to the centre of Stratford, nice pub very close by. Great communication from owner

It’s a top floor flat so several staircases to climb if you’re not very mobile, Lights weren’t working on one of the stair cases, minor things like lamp not working in lounge, but on the whole a good central place to stay, the flat was cosy

A cosy well-appointed apartment in an excellent central location - with a private parking space on site which is a real bonus in Stratford. Owner Harry shared very clear instructions about finding and accessing the property.

It is up two flights of stairs which might be an issue for some visitors - and for a longer stay it would help to have a dishwasher. But these were not major issues for us - although some bigger towels would be good.

Fabulous location, next to a couple of nice pubs and extremely close to everything, yet still quiet...Shakespeare's birthplace is literally across the road. Good secure parking The flat is smaller than we envisaged from the photos but clean, tidy and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very good in welcoming us by email before the stay, instructions were good, he was very responsive.

I would have scored this higher but unfortunately the night we were there, there was a leak, which meant there wouldn't be hot water. The owner offered a good discount without quibble. Also couldn't find an ironing board.
