Enjoy a stylish stay in our beautifully refurbished Victorian townhouse Apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, directly opposite the gardens of Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Ideal for couples, friends or families, it’s the perfect base for exploring Stratford Upon Avon, The RSC Theatres, The River Avon and The Cotswolds. Stratford’s High Street is just a two-minute walk, with the theatres only ten minutes away.
The space
Fully renovated in September 2023, this self-contained two-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Enjoy free secure parking at the rear of the property.
At the front of the apartment, the cosy open-plan living room and kitchen/diner features a leather sofa, Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+), original timber floors, mood lighting, and a bookshelf stocked with local travel guides. The dining area includes a solid oak table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The master bedroom overlooks the rear of the property and offers a queen-size bed with a luxurious mattress, soft cotton bedding and warm throws, plus a full-height wardrobe and mirror. The en-suite shower room includes fluffy towels and toiletries. A second smaller bedroom also features a queen-size bed. There is an additional shower room and toilet off the main hallway.
Through the master bedroom, you’ll find a small but charming private courtyard with a table, two chairs and lighting—perfect for a quiet drink before dinner or after a show.

Guests have free off-street parking behind a locked, coded gate. A rear door offers easy unloading, while the secure front door opens directly toward the town centre. Restaurants and bars are just a two-minute stroll away. Bridge Street bus stops are a five-minute walk, long-distance coaches arrive at the Riverside Coach Park (ten minutes’ walk), and the railway station is a fifteen-minute walk.

Young children and babies are welcome, a travel cot is provided but you need to bring your own linen for the cot.
Parking is for one car! We do have availability for parking a second car - please contact to find out price and availability.
