It was so close to centre and its a comfortable place to stay.

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the flat was spacious. The location is fantastic, very close to the train station and the centre. We would definitely stay here again.
The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, we all had to sit on top of smaller cushions. We only got one small towel each and no assigned hand towels. Also the visible space between the sofa and wall was full of cobwebs.

Across one road to Henley Street where Shakespeare birthplace and central town; two very comfortable rooms, good kitchen with outlook to sunset; Host easily contacted if a problem ..quick response.

Location was excellent. Parking was helpful.
Uncomfortable sofa, needs replacement. Uncomfortable mattress, needs replacement.
One small towel per person to last 3 days. Tiny old blanket.
