Brilliant location, close to all the facilities, shops and restaurants. The access to the property was easy to follow from the instructions from Harry. The property is well maintained, and had everything you would need.

The only negative was climbing the stairs.

Lovely stay in a clean spacious quiet apartment in an amazing location close to the centre!

The apartment was lovely! The communication with the host was great and access to the car park and to the apartment was straight forward with simple instructions and codes. The apartment was spotless and modern and the beds were very comfortable, home from home. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms was amazing, we stay in a lot of apartments and dont often get 2 en suites. The bedding was clean. We had a lovely lounge with tv and separate kitchen with all appliances and we were given biscuits milk sugar tea bags and coffee. The apartment location is fabulous and just behind the shakespeare centre on the main precinct and is close to everything, perfect! The apartment is quiet and we had no noise issues. Lovely stay and would return

Loved the spacious layout and that both bedrooms weren't right next to each other. Christmas tree was a nice touch too. Great location too.

Fabulous accommodation in a fantastic location

The property suited the four of us, giving us everything we needed for our short stay, giving us an en-suite each for our own privacy with the lounge & Kitchen in the middle, accommodating everything you need, with a added bonus of private parking, the host is more than helpful and the location is absolutely superb

Beautiful flat, gated car park, close to everything!

Everything! The communication with Harry (the owner) was excellent from the outset. Initially I thought I was going to have a problem with getting there, but he was very flexible with my plans. Easy check in with detailed instructions and codes. Safe gated parking which was included in the price. Also clear instructions to get to our apartment which was on the last floor. As soon as we arrived in the apartment I got a real sense of welcome. Clean, tidy and with a modern vibe, an atmospheric lounge with adjoining bedrooms, both with en-suite and a fully stocked kitchen The apartment was warm, quiet and safe with no noise at all. Comfortable beds and great shower. Close to everything, nice places to eat. 10 minutes from the theatre and everything! I recommend this apartment 100% to anyone. I will definitely return to Stratford and also to this amazing stylish apartment. Thank you Harry, we absolutely felt at home here. .

Good location, parking, facilities, and a few things left there so you could have a coffee with milk on arrival. Our original flat had blocked toilets, but Harry was able to sort us another one, which we were very happy with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There were a few things slightly amiss, no lock on bathroom door, bathroom extractor fan, but minor on grand scheme of things. We had a very comfortable stay, and would certainly consider coming back.

Exceptionally good value for money and very well located apartment

I liked the layout and decor of the apartment, plus it was very clean. The location and onsite parking are perfect. It’s so easy to walk to anywhere in the town centre from here.

Nothing other than a bit of background noise at peak times from the traffic, but this was to be expected as we had the windows open during the heatwave.

Good location. BEWARE the two flights of stairs!

The only thing that I did not like was gettin to the upstairs apartment #5 requires hike two lengthy flights of stairs, which for us was very inconvenient since one guest is recovering from knee surgery and I am scheduled for hip replacement in 7 days. IF I had known about the stairs, I would never have booked such a challenging property. That fact should have appeared in the property description. VERY disappointing, not to mention painful.🙁

This was the second time we used Shakespeare's Stay, and, as before, we were very happy with the accommodation and facilities provided, its accessibility to the town and parking on site. We again had a wonderful stay and would undoubtedly seek to use it again the next time we visit Stratford.
