Great one night stay

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean, comfortable, well equipped with easy walking to centre. Parking provided and close to EV chargers if needed.

The property is on a main road, whilst this did not impact our stay if you are a light sleeper it may impact your sleep if you are in the front bedroom.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful modern property, private parking, highly recommend

Beautifully furnished apartment, modern, clean and well equipped. Table beautifully laid out when we arrived. Beds super comfy and great to have two very modern and super clean bathrooms. Excellent location, and wonderful to have a dedicated parking space. We would 100% stay again.

We did have some trouble with the key fob and opening/locking front door. But we got the hang of it eventually - modern technology :-)

The property had been cleaned, but the main bathroom still had toothpaste on the tap and in the sink, and there was toothpaste/or soap marks down the cupboard door below the sink. No toiletries were left in this bathroom either.

The best apartment in the UK

EVERYTHING. We work all over the UK and this place is probably the best apartment we have ever stopped in. I don't usually have time to do reviews as I would have to write so many, but on this occasion I thought I needed to. The hosts were very attentive and even the checking in process was easy to do. Will definitely stay here again when working in the area, even if it means a bit of a drive to get there. *Exceptional*

Great host, lovely flat and good location ☺️

Lovely, modern and clean, great location with off street parking. Ben went above and beyond to put some decorations up for my Mums birthday ahead of our stay, which really made it extra special! He left extras such as milk and tea, and provided lots of information about what to do locally and where to eat etc. Ramp to flat, and walk in shower makes it friendly for those with mobility issues.

Open plan space/heating settings made it harder to warm up/retain heat.

Spotless apartment for a few days break.

Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment, the location is perfect, parking to the rear of the property was spot on, literally 30 seconds from the front door, an uber into town was only a fiver so I'd def recommend that to anyone staying here, everything about the property was flawless, clean from top to bottom, milk left in the fridge for us which we appreciated, spacious and comfy, very easy access, i couldn't recommend this place more highly, just wished we were staying longer, thank you Ben (the owner), one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

Adequate for a short stay

The location was good and the rooms were very clean.

It was hard to keep the place warm due to the thermostat regularly resetting back to a lower temperature. There were no toilet brushes. There were no extra blankets or duvets.

The instructions were very clear and easy to follow and easy to find. It was an easy comfortable walk into the town centre which was perfect for the purpose of our trip. Everything was very clean, modern and fresh. Access to Netflix and other streaming sites was a wonderful surprise.

A mirror in the twin room would have been great. There were no plug sockets near the mirrors in the master bedroom.

Lovely Flat

Beautiful flat and very well equipped. It's in a great location with easy access to shops and the town centre. I'd highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Not the fault of the owner at all, but when we stayed there were roadworks outside the flats. This made access for my elderly parents very difficult. The carpark is rather dark, so tricky to navigate at night.

excellent location within walking distance of the centre of town. close to groceries and places to eat, so you can cook in the well equipped kitchen, of go for a short walk to a restaurant. very cool flat, very tidy, and well equipped kitchen. the washer/dryer was very useful for our family on that stage of our trip. the hosts are very quick with communication

I'd like a vegetable peeler in the kitchen, but that's hardly an issue. it was very good accommodation for a family of 4

Great place to Stay

Smart property, well equipped and thought out. A lovely touch was a pint of milk in the fridge and tea/Coffee, very unexpected. Very clean. Would certainly recommend and return again. Parking was good too. There was a little hiccup, I hadn’t received instructions for access so had to call Ben, he was pleasant and helpful and the problem was solved very quickly. This was very reassuring to know if there was any problem you have good service. A real gem in Stratford-upon-Avon!

We traveled as 4 Adults and sofa only held 3 persons comfortably. As we were only there one night wasn’t really a problem for us but if you were staying longer would have been difficult. This was the only negative we found.

Central Comfortable Stay in Stratford

Modern Apartment in a good location as walkable to centre of Stratford. Well equipped and comfortable beds. Car parking ( with a permit) free for one car. Nice touch leaving milk and tea/coffee/sugar. Communication with Ben was excellent .

It’s on a busy road - shame there was roadworks in front of property at the time of our visit. We had no issues sleeping but if you are a light sleeper take some ear plugs.

A beautifully presented and well-equipped kitchen. A family could comfortably enjoy a week's holiday at this apartment. The host was very responsive when I had a slight concern with the entrance door.

The only minor issue was the traffic sound but it was completely expected with the fantastic location.

It is a lovely place to stay and we can't thank more for the host's hospitality.

The apartment is spacious and very clean. The facilities work very well. The host provided useful and precise instructions of access to the house and the whole process was very smooth. Convenient location to go to the town centre, shopping mall, etc.

Unbelievably amazing flat

Accommodation is in a very central location and has wonderful access to everything. The property is nearly renovated with beautiful amenities and Great bedding. The parking on site is clearly labelled and very easily accessed from behind the property. This property is Woolworth everyone booking and I certainly will be booking it again upon my next visit to Stratford-upon-Avon.
