It’s central location. Well decorated and very clean throughout. Double bed was vey comfortable
One of the chairs in the lounge was a bit wonky so not so comfortable to sit on. Also as we are all over 60yrs old - not so easy to get up from bean bags. Also twin bds were quite small for adults but still very comfortable. We didn’t realise there was only 1 loo. Overall still very good but 2 better armchairs would have given it an excellent.

The house was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed, a quiet street for sleep and felt safe. Excellent location we were able to walk to all local attractions. the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Restaurants were ten minutes walk. Highly recommend.

Really close to town and decorated in such a lovely way! Very clear instructions on how to get in. Property was very clean and had great facilities.
There wasn’t much cutlery which was an issue when it came to cooking and eating. Twin room was very small but the beds were comfortable and there was storage!

Close to the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon.
Beds small but comfortable.
Floors were dusty and dirty.
No fire doors or fire escape.
No key for the back door.
Ant problem in the living room.
Lack of mirrors and plug sockets in bedrooms.
