The apartment is in the Spinut district, near the Marjan park and only a ten-minute walk from the centre of Split.
The apartment has a garden with a table and chairs. Behind the house there is a big parking space. The owner also speaks English and Italian. He can provide a shuttle service to and from the airport, at a supplementary cost. Two bicycles are available for use free of charge.
The apartment has three bedrooms and provides 80m² of space for up to eight people. It is on the ground floor and has a living room with an adjoining open kitchen, which is separated from the dining space by a small counter. There is a big dining table. The kitchen provides all the basics, along with a gas stove, microwave and toaster. There are two bathrooms, one with a washing machine. The three bedrooms all have air conditioning and two even have satellite TV. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second has a small double bed (140 x 190cm) and the third has three single beds (90 x 200cm). Two of these single beds can also be joined together. There is also a sofa bed (80 x 180cm) for one person. Free Internet access is available.
Just 250 metres from the beach there is the «Gusar» concrete beach with restaurants. The nearest pebbled beach is a ten-minute walk away. It is a bit further to a sandy bay and 300 metres to the yacht harbour, where there are two good restaurants: "Re di mare" and "Lucica".
