Fantastic stay at Luxury fortuna rooms!

Modern, close to the city centre, clean and quiet. Staff very helpful and welcoming!

Property was quite unusual in an apartment block. Good location in regards to closeness to split

Very noisy at night, bed not comfortable, knife in drawer and nail scissors in bathroom - not sealed. Appeared a bit tired.

No elevator, room was just on the small side Street entrance looked terrible with graffiti everywhere it was just a en-suite bedroom with a small window (headboard very scruffy) it was more like an Air b&b in a residential building

Fantastic location in the heart of the city!

The location was absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to the old town, restaurants, and the waterfront. The air conditioning was also a big plus, especially during the hot summer days. It kept the space cool and comfortable throughout.

There were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The shower and toilet didn’t function at the best standard, which was frustrating at times. Additionally, the host was not always as responsive or helpful as I had hoped, especially when it came to addressing these concerns.

Fabulous. Loved every minute of my stay and Mala was very efficient and helpful with restaurant suggestions.

I liked everything except the stairs to get to the property with luggage. It was very luxurious, the bed very very comfortable. Very updated property.

Overall a lovely, enjoyable and comfy stay.

The room was stunning and the bed was the comfiest we have stayed in - even for my partner who has two slipped discs in his back! The location was a two minute walk from the old town so you’re out of the way of the madness but still so close to everything. The housekeeper (we didn’t catch her name, sorry!) was absolutely lovely and checked that everything was ok every morning. She also cleaned and provided fresh towels every day which we haven’t experienced in an apartment accommodation before. We also didn’t expect there to be 5 apartments within the apartment but it works well and you don’t hear other guests in their rooms! It was great having codes to enter the building and apartment/room instead of keys.

As much as everything was lovely, there were so many switches for the lights in the room it was a tad difficult to find the right combination for what you needed. Same for the shower, there were 4 jets from the wall and one huge shower head in the ceiling but it was not easy trying to figure out how to get each of them on and off. And as discussed with the housekeeper, the boiler is quite small for the room so you don’t get much heat through the water for very long and shower slightly lacks pressure.

Supernice Stay

We had an amazing time staying at this place. It is really modern and bathroom is really nice with the jacuzzi. The location is great , just near the harbor. We explored the little market near the apartment. The bed is super comfy and the AC works nice. Overall the apartment is super nice.

Sijainti oli loistava. Kauppa vieressä ja keskustaan vain 100 m. Myyntikojut alkavat tien toiselta puolelta. Aamiaisen teko mahdollisuus huoneessa ja leipomoita useita kävelymatkan päässä.

Veden paine hieman alhainen jolloin hieno sadesuihku ei oikein toiminut. Suihkusuutin kuitenkin toimi, joten suihku toimi pesutarpeiksi.

It was okay… dont expect to find it on the first try

Placeringen var central, samt så følte man sig sikker da man endelig kom ind på værelset trods meget forvirring. Da vi tjekkede ind, var alt rent pånær mangel på tømning af skraldespande

Brugte 1 time på at lede efter “lejeligheden” dvs. værelset, vi blev guidet op og ned af gaden af forskellige personerne. Da vi skrev til Timoji så fik vi svaret “im very busy” ingen 24/7 reception, eller en reception i det hele taget.

Die Bilder beim Buchen...

Ankunft, Haus voller Graphiti, kein Name angeschrieben was darauf deutet es sei dort etwas zum übernachten... Niemand zu erreichen... Zimmer kann ich nicht beschreiben da ich nicht dort übernachten wollte und habe mir etwas anderes gebucht was nicht nach Fake und abzocke aussieht....

- L'emplacement très proche du centre. On peut tout faire à pieds. - 10-15 min à pieds de la gare de bus (celui qu'on prends pour aller à l'aéroport N°37) - La gentillesse de l'hôte - Chambre confort, neuve et de bon gout. - Chambre propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours + capsules café remis tous les jours - Petit plus il y a 2 magasins alimentaires en bas de l'immeuble.

L'emplacement est idéal, à deux minutes du palais dioclétien. La chambre est agréablement décorée et aménagée. Lit très confortable. L'immeuble est très calme, isolation efficace. Je recommande absolument ce logement pour visiter split et passer de bonnes nuits de sommeil.

la kitchenette manque un peu d'ustensiles. Nous faisions des grasses matinée .. aucun nettoyage de la chambre ni changement de serviettes ne se fait au delà de 11h.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum von Split, nur wenige Schritte von der Promenade und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Online-Check-in verlief ohne Probleme,äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war die Atmosphäre im Whirlpool, das schöne Ambiente. Das Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr moderne und luxuriöse Ausstattung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen!

Sehr sehr gastfreundlicher und jederzeit erreichbarer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und äußerst sauber. Sehr moderne und luxuriöse und Ausstattung. Die Anbindung zum Zentrum und zur Riva sowie auch zum Diokletian Palast ist nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Direkt 20m gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Einkaufsmarkt. Die Gegend ist eine sehr schöne und auch sichere Umgebung. Zusammenfassend können wir die Unterkunft können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

Eine Herzensempfehlung wer einen entspannten Urlaub in Luxus und Sauberkeit verbringen möchte! :)

Perfekte Location! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Riva, Diokletianpalast, der Strand Bacvice und Ovcice etc. zu fuß erreichbar in ca. 10-15min. Das Zimmer super sauber, geräumig, hochwertig ausgestattet (sogar mit Designermarken)! Selbst Check in super geklappt, so wie die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber- exzellenter Service!
