Great location literally over the road from the palace and old town. Nice size considering in an old building in the location. Great to have several supermarkets and food (e. bakeries) very close by. Good air conditioning in very hot weather. Well fitted out and modern inside, with nice small shared terrace outside. Buses close by for access to "new" Split.
Parking is very tight, manageable for medium size vehicles but turn around in the parking at first opportunity as other vehicles parked around can prevent that. Location can be very difficult to find initially. Follow the detailed instructions provided by the host to find it, as GPS sent us the wrong way which was a very nasty dead end in very narrow streets that was very stressful getting out of. Old narrow stairs can be a bit challenging with luggage.

Nice and spacious room, very well located at the entrance of the old town. Host provided own parking space as a service. Host recommended a guided tour that was very useful to understand the city history and position the buildings.

The bed was comfortable, close to the centre, helpful host with recommendations 👌
Coffee machine didn't work. Only one of us could have a warm shower. The door was difficult to lock and unlock 🔑
