Great Area, we walked to shops, restaurants and waterfront from the apt. Had hair dryer. AC worked great.
Lockbox for keys-easy access upon arrival and departure. Family of 5 and layout was good-2 bathrooms- One of the bathrooms had a washer (no dryer). Quiet street.
Can be a bit noisy but we put on a noise app and drowned out noises. Not an apartment con-but Ubers and hired driver had to pick us up/drop off at the top of the hill by the canons - just a hike with luggage.

We loved the spacious, clean, modern feel while being in a fabulous historic building. It was a great location - a quiet charming street only 11 minute walk to the lovely sand beach or to the promenade. A few hospitality extras had us feeling right at home.

Very homely apartment in a nice location. Hosts were very nice and welcoming. Spacious three rooms, we had a very comfortable stay.
The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Perfect if you want to do the boat tours and close to the main tourist attractions. No car park at the apartment but free parking close by and only a short walk to the apartment.

Location: very conveniently located next to the old town. Ideal base to explore Split and surrounding areas.
The owners were very helpful. When we arrived by car the owners blocked 2 parking spots on the street for us. When we asked for a hair dryer it was delivered quickly the next morning.
There’s also free parking available further up the hill by the fortress (about 10 min walk). First come first serve. Be careful, the streets are narrow.
Since it’s an older building you can hear more noise from outside (e.g. barking dogs, neighbors).
There are ants crawling on the floor after we came back from a day out, so make sure to sweep/vacuum the floor before leaving the house.
