Amazing place, near historic city

I liked everything! Excelent location, very close to a public parking (I could see our car from the window), the apartment is super complete, spacious and the host very helpful. I recommend it!

A great little apartment

The apartment was in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the centre of the old town. The accommodation was simply furnished but roomy, clean and comfortable.

There was no welcome pack with information about the accommodation or town, no map or information about activities or excursions. No facility for making ice. The outside facade and grounds of the building are a bit grim. There is no lift.

Would highly recommend if you don’t mind climbing stairs or travel light.

For four people it was very well laid out. Having two bathrooms was especially nice, and the decor was tasteful.

Four flights of stairs to reach the apartment. With heavy luggage not a good combination.

Modern, very comfortable and has everything you need with a great location.

Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated with modern appliances- coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine with all supplies provided. Lots of towels and kitchen supplies - water and juice in the fridge.

The room with the 2 single beds as is shown in the photos is quite small but was OK for 2 adults. It would be great for a couple of kids.

Great stay

Very comfortable and good proximity to the Old Town. The building it is located in does need a bit of a spruce up e.g the lights in the hallway weren’t working when returning in an evening. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. Would recommend.

Only a couple of mild improvements: blackout curtains in the main bedroom would be great as it’s quite light in the mornings. Instructions on using the appliances e.g. washing machine and also a clothes horse/maid to dry clothes which can’t be tumble dried.

Great apartment in Split Old Town

Excellent apartment and perfect spot for two nights stay whilst exploring Split. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Also liked that it was stocked with washing up liquid and washing capsules. Would stay again

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

The apartment was spacious for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment provided two full bathrooms. The location is fantastic, which allowed us to come and go easily, but also just far enough that it was quiet at night. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. I recommend anyone stay here.

Modern comfort close to Old Town

Don't be fooled by the outside of the building (which looks old) - once you step inside, this apartment ticks all the boxes! Perfect proximity to explore the Old Town, close to all the eateries and an easy walk from the Port. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with a spacious kitchen for a family.

Beautiful apartment

Don’t be put off by the exterior of the building, the apartment is beautiful and modern with everything you need. The location is great; just a short walk into the old town and right next to a paid carpark. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond when messaged. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Good value for an apartment in Split near old town

The apartment was recently remodeled, so very clean and had most things you need. There is a large public parking lot behind the building.

The building itself is not very appealing and the stairwell lacks sufficient lighting for the 3 floor walk-up at night. It is also on a busy walking corridor to the old town so could be a little noisy at night with the windows ooen.

The exterior of the building lacks curb appeal BUT this specific unit itself was great! Small, but cozy and quaint, perfect for our (family of 6) one night stay. Responsive hosts, parking included, 5 min walk to the center of town, shops and eateries. Would recommend!

Superb

The location and the AC was on when we arrived! Felt like we ascended to heaven from hell! It was during mid summer time and Split were hot and super humid! All the amenities are modern and the flat is actually in a lively area but quiet at night. We all slept really well during our stay.

Excellent apartment in Split old town

Excellent location inside the old town, this is a clean, modern and well equipped apartment. Great air con, very comfortable beds and smart TV which were all appreciated as we were travelling with our four children. The host responded quickly and was available if we needed him which we didn't.

The apartment is tidy, seems like recently renovated with all the amenities. The space has been utilized very well, right from dishwasher, cutlery, everything was nice.

We booked the place for 5 people, 4 adults and a kid, meaning 2 couples, one of them had a 5 year old child. The second room is not very spacious and it has 2 single beds which really does not serve the purpose. We eventually had to land ourselves up on the couch as it could be converted into a full size bed. Even for couples, the second room does not have enough space for manoeuvrability inside the room.
