Big flat close from the stadium and easy distance from the city centre.

We met the owner and she was really kind. There is everything you need in the flat, which is in a high building, next to the stadium, at the 3rd floor. Parking was not easy but we managed fine (there was an important game at the stadium that night). We walked to the city centre in 30 mins. The flat is big and there were 3 double beds so plenty of space for us 5. And the washing machine ☺️

The parking but it was easily solved.

Exceptional

The host was so nice and comforting to us. She met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. The city centre was a 15 minute walk and there was a beach that was not as busy very close by. There is a supermarket right outside the apartment block. The beds were amazing and the view from our balcony was also amazing. The bathroom was beyond clean and the kitchen well equipped.

It was a nice stay:) Good location and views from it. This apartment is spacious and has huge variety of equipment. Also the owner is very nice and helpful.

There were ants in the kitchen and some moths.

The location was perfect. The owner was very flexible, helpful, very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed very comfortable. The flat was very clean.

Apartament is well equiped, there was wasching machine, dishwasher, AC, hair dryer etc. Apartament situated around 30 mins from the old town. Host was very nice, she left vine and some sweets as a welocme gift and came to say goodbye, what was really nice gesture.

It was quite hard to find the apartament. Based on description and pictures we thought there are two separate bedrooms, while there was one bedroom and the other one was part of a living room.

La propietaria era encantadora, nada más llegar nos acogió muy bien, nos explicó el funcionamiento de todo y la verdad, que el apartamento era monísimo y se notaba que estaba muy bien cuidado. Las vistas eran preciosas. Muy recomendado.

Voor ons doel qua locatie geschikt (hondenshow aan de overkant van het gebouw) maar geen aanrader

De locatie was prima voor ons, loopafstand naar Split centrum is een bonus en er is een Lidl om de hoek.

De mieren in de keuken, het appartement is behoorlijk crowded lees: veel spullen en tierlantijntjes van de eigenaar ook op het balkon, er zijn geen gordijnen/rolluiken of iets dergelijks dus uitslapen is er niet bij, er is 1 airco in de woonkamer/keuken/slaapkamer die wel werkt maar de andere 2 slaapkamers en badkamer zijn mega benauwd. Het geheel ziet er optisch schoon uit maar dat ligt ook aan je begrip van de definitie schoon. Appartement is redelijk verouderd. Prijs/kwaliteit is niet in verhouding.

Heel fijn!

Het appartement was heel fijn en goed ingericht. We konden naar de oude binnenstad lopen, maar zaten ook zo weer op de grotere weg, Split uit.

Pour y séjourner pas pour voir la mer.

Tout d’abord, merci à notre hôtesse pour son accueil et ses explications. Le lieu est facile d’accès et il y a un vrai parking. L’appartement est spacieux, avec 3 vrais lits, et très lumineux. Un petit balcon permet de profiter du soleil dès le matin. Il y a un pack « bienvenue » (boisson et gâteaux) et tout l’équipement nécessaire pour y vivre en famille.

Malheureusement, la vue sur mer est très partielle (pas visible du balcon et uniquement en se penchant par les fenêtres depuis les chambres) : on a plus une vue sur les autres immeubles. L’immeuble est vieillot.
