Lovely place, location was fantastic, 8 minutes walk to the centrum of Split. Nice terrace also

Decent apartment for the location

The location was not far from the Split main attractions and views. The location made the apartment a 7/10 however if this was in a different location, I would have given this 4/10.

I did not like the beds, as they were not comfortable, and felt like there could have been bed bugs.

Great location to explore for a short stay or base.

Great location, easy communication with the owners. Opposite big car park so gets busy but garden allows noise to reduce. Well equipped.

It was very small for 6 people, would be better for 4 people. The shower was tiny and didn’t drain properly. There was no plug for the sink. While it was peak season and the weekend of the Ultra Dance festival, it was overpriced so would not rate it as good value for money.

Un giardino bucolico a due passi dal centro storico

L’appartamento si presenta davvero bene, soprattutto il giardino è uno spazio che ci ha davvero colpite con la sua atmosfera bucolica. Anche all’interno gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati, l’aria condizionata circola bene nelle stanze e la casa disponeva di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Davvero ottima la posizione, in una zona tranquilla ed in un cortile interno, con il centro storico facilmente raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi circa. Un ricordo speciale lo lasciano i gattini che vivono in giardino e nei dintorni: ci hanno tenuto compagnia e ci siamo davvero affezionate, soprattutto al più piccolo, che abbiamo soprannominato Christopher. Loro ci rimarranno davvero nel cuore!

La nota dolente riguarda il check-in: avevamo chiesto e ottenuto la possibilità di entrare in casa la mattina (molto apprezzato), ma al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci, come invece indicato nelle istruzioni. Dopo oltre mezz’ora di tentativi senza risposta – durante i quali abbiamo persino temuto di essere incappate in una truffa – siamo finalmente riuscite a metterci in contatto con il proprietario, che ci ha dato indicazioni (seppur inizialmente non corrette) per recuperare le chiavi. Sarebbe stato comunque molto utile avere una persona sul posto a mostrarci il funzionamento della casa, ad esempio riguardo l’accensione del boiler (che invece abbiamo dovuto “scoprire” da sole)
