Absolutely spotless apartment in such a fantastic location to the square and harbour. It's a real gem and extremely secure. The host was excellent with speedy responses and was so kind in accommodating our last day with luggage. I highly recommend this property!!

Great apartment Studio Insula

Joseph the owner was a perfect host he was available when we needed him. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and had all the facilities we needed during our stay. Our accommodation was ideal for the Riva and Central Split with a good selection of Bars, Restaurants and coffee shops. Our Restaurant referral would be the Feral a family run establishment with a good choice of types of food at a very good price. The staff were friendly and explained any dishes before you order. one member of staff Andy was very polite and professional in his job. I wish Joseph all the best with his bookings for the coming Summer season.

The only drawback as the weather was pleasant and Sunny was an outside space to sit and relax over a glass of wine. This facility was not mentioned in the apartment details so I understand why it was not available before we booked.

Great location. Lots of restaurants right outside the door. Easy walk to Port area. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size for a Studio. Very clean. Owner was very welcoming. Meet us on arrival. Showed us the apartment. Just be careful we managed to turn off the Hot water system and had no hot water for morning shower. Not use to having a switch for hot water system beside the light switch. Otherwise was excellent.

Hot Water system switch needs a label, so not turn off by mistake.

Location is just perfect, you can walk pretty much everywhere and there are plenty of taxis/uber around in case you don't want to, but still very quiet at night. Everything works fine, wifi, air conditioner, cable tv... good shower and bed is super comfortable too. Big thanks to Joseph who is very kind and helpful, and was very flexible with my check out time.

Everything was perfect, in the house everything is new and very well decorated, nothing was missing. Breakfast is in a restaurant next to the house and there is the continuation of how perfect everything is. You have to try the toast with avocado and egg. House well situated very central close to the port and commercial places. Around the corner there are good restaurants with very good fish. I definitely recommend this house. I can't give 11 points to the house ;)

Nice apartment, worth staying there, although bearing in mind there are a few disadvantages

The property was in a great location, nice room and easy access to historic sites in Split and the Harbour. The host was very nice and welcoming.

The parking was a bit of a downside. Only on street and difficult to get a space. You also have to pay per hour. It was a little noisy at night. My partner and I were woken up several times. Shower ran out of hot water quite quickly.

Room was great, clean and right in the heart of a really great neighborhood between Park Marjan, the harbor and the old town of Split (only 5 minute walk). Host welcomed us with the keys and provided tips of the city. It was our last night before flying home and he also provided drop of to the airport for €30,- the next morning

Good choice

Very good location in the old town but quiet place to stay in. A lot of restaurants nearby, grocery, green market, Riva, ferry port and marina. Nice and modern flat. Host Joso was very helpful and friendly.

Just in the center of Split. You have access to everything from restaurants to supermarkets.

Parking in high season (We went in July) is really really hard and we had to park in a parking building and paid 240 Kunas per day (about 30 euros). The bed also makes lots of noise!

In the Heart of Dalmatia

Perfect place to experience Dalmatia and the way of life there…lot of historical places only 5 minutes away. Would Go again and definetely will take again, would recommend to everyone, very clean and comfortable, best price for the perfect location. The owner is very nice and already felt like talking to an old friend.

Céntrico sólo apto para madrugadores.

Está muy cerca del centro. Muy bueno, si no tienes que aparcar un coche y duermes sólo hasta las 6h de la mañana.

Desde las 6h entra muchísima luz (una cortina más opaca sería ideal) y hay mucho ruido en la calle, por lo que desde esa hora es prácticamente imposible descansar. Si vas con coche, tienes que dejarlo como a 15 minutos andando si no quieres pagar 18€ diarios de parquímetro.

Apartamento moderno y muy bien situado al lado del paseo marítimo

Es un apartamento que está a pie de calle al lado mismo del paseo marítimo, se tarda un minuto en llegar al mismo, muy moderno, bonito, limpio y cómodo. Nos dejó caramelos y sobres de café para el desayuno. El propietario nos mandó el código de la caja con las llaves y nos dijo donde aparcar el coche en un parking a media hora que costaba 7,20€/ día.

No tenía microondas ni horno, aunq para nosotros no fue problema porq calentamos la leche en un cazo.
