Good location , but we won't stay there again

The apartment is in a great location close to everything in the Old Town. Bed was comfortable and you get a small kitchen perfect for making breakfast or dinner.

The apartment is not private. You basically live in someone's else's property. There is a family that lives next door and it has shared front space. The people living there are basically sat outside all day and chatting until night. You cant have an early night because they speak loudly outside your door. The bathroom was clogged which lead to water not drain well at all.

Some people may want some extra kitchen utensils & washing machine. But for our stay we were satisfied as it was great value for money.

It was much smaller in reality. I paid for apartment with terrace but that turned out to be a shared walkway to the steps and not a terrace at all.

Très confortable et très bien situé

L’emplacement était très bien, mais comme nous étions dans une zone piétonnière seulement, nous avons dû utiliser le stationnement Public 24h qui revient assez cher pour 3 jours. L’endroit était propre, sauf les quelques morceaux de vaisselle que nous avons utilisé, il restait de la nourriture du client précédent, nous avons dû la laver avant de s’en servir.

- die Heizung wärmt das Zimmer nicht ausreichend, zu kalt zum Schlafen - der Abfluss im Bad riecht sehr unangenehm und macht den Aufenthalt im Zimmer unerträglich - kein Haarföhn vorhanden

Gerne wieder

Zentrale Lage direkt in der Altstadt, Supermarkt, Hafen ist in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Kühlschrank kühlt leider nur wenn man zu Hause ist, wird doch die Zimmerkarte geregelt, das ist bisschen nervig.

Da es nur ein kleines Fenster gibt, ist es immer stickig in der Unterkunft, daher hatten wir das Fenster eigentlich immer auf, leider hört man dann jedes Gespräche der Nachbarn / anderen Gäste… - also man kann sich entscheiden zwischen Lauten Gesprächen oder stickiger / schlechter Luft in der Unterkunft

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno old town, cerca de los principales lugares para visitar y ver en Split, donde se mueve la vida turística de la ciudad. El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia por turismo.

El apartamento está ubicado en un patio de vecinos, por llamarlo de algún modo, ningún problema por eso, la gente es amable, pero estaban todas las noches, hasta las tantas, hablando y haciendo vida en el patio, al fresco, lo que dificultaba el descanso después de las jornadas sin parar por Split. Otro pequeño detalle, que creo que se podría subsanar es la falta de un dispensador de gel para la ducha. Lo echamos en falta, ya que es algo con lo que das por hecho y no lo traes de casa, además por el tema de los líquidos en el aeropuerto. Nos estuvimos duchando con el jabón de manos.

La localisation, le confort du lit, rapidité des réponses des hôtes

On paie un supplément pour une terrasse qui n’existe pas, la douche sans porte inonde la salle de bain, les plaques pour cuisiner chauffe avec difficulté, le ballon d’eau chaude et le frigo n’étaient pas en route pour notre arrivée
