Heritage Stone House Split

The owner provided plenty of instructions and expectations prior to arrival. Clear directions about the apartment and rules. Very friendly. The apartment was modern, well finished and included day to day needs. Markets were close for any additional requirements. Thank you!!

Nothing that could be helped due to proximity to car free zone of a busy city, and well understood ahead of time, it is either expensive or distant for parking. A suggestion was made but location was full and tricky to navigate. Not a serious problem for us as Drazenac ul. was nearby and worked fine.

We loved everything about our stay: the location, right in the historic center and just a 2-minute walk from the Riva; the facilities, as the house is equipped with everything you might need; the beds, which have incredibly comfortable mattresses; and the two bathrooms, both fully equipped with a laundry washing machine, clothes dryer, hairdryer, and iron in the closet. The kitchen also has a dishwasher. The house has been newly renovated, and everything is modern and well maintained. Check-in was easy, and communication with the hosts was excellent. There is also a small table with two chairs in the courtyard, which is a lovely place to sit outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Teo’s property in Split. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the Old Town and the beautiful marina promenade, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well designed, with every space thoughtfully utilized. It is comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Teo is a first class host and an exceptional person. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Split. It truly deserves five stars!

Although it was a last minute reservation, the host was super fast, friendly and effective to accomodate our request. The apartement is very comfortable, all furniture is new and with a nice decoration. It has an excellent location close to the center, which was very convenient for us. It has beautiful light and a charming small courtyard, perfect to have a peaceful breakfast outside. I would definitely recommend for couples wanting a calm and charming option in Split and would stay there again without hesitating.
