A beautiful historic place to stay in Split

I was visiting during winter (outside of the peak season), so the price was really, really excellent for the quality that was offered. The location was perfect, and the room was looking at the sea. Old part of town with a palace is just 5-6 minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious enough, with a small kitchen in which I found everything I needed. The bathroom is small but clean and practically designed. There were more than enough clean towels and toilet papers. The atmosphere in an apartment is super calm, and there was enough space for me to put a yoga mat for my morning yoga time. The building itself is beautiful and adds to the overall impression.

These two details did not bother me at all, but somebody may benefit from knowing that the stairs leading to the rooms on the second floor are quite steep and narrow, so be careful with your luggage. Also, I slept well with three blankets on, but it can be a bit cold in January; there is an air conditioning in the room, though it might not be enough for those who like extra warmth.

Cute and clean place close to the Old Town

Close to the Old Town and all attractions in Split.

We liked everything. The only thing was that someone kept walking above our apartment at any time during the night (2AM, 3AM, etc.), so perhaps make sure that people are mindful of quiet time.

Excellent value, perfect location and well designed apartment

Great value and a great location, 5 minutes from old Split, compact but well designed and equipped studio and small bathroom, with table and kitchenette and two windows for a draught, and sight of the bay. Quiet. We were grateful for the opportunity to leave our luggage in a locked compartment in the hall after checkout.

Perfect stay x

Beautiful, clean apartment, location was ideal just on the edge of the old town - can see the sea from the window. It had everything we needed, was really easy to find. (Walk up through the alley with Fife restaurant on the right is the easiest way). Simple self check in. Exactly what we needed. Thanks so much. 🙏🏻

This place was great. Really close to Split old town. The host is really nice and helpful.

It can get a bit too noisy from the motorcycles in the street. The curtains are quite thin, which lets a lot of light in.

Location is perfect.

I booked this apartment after carefully reviewing many options and expecting comfort, but my experience was very stressful. The room had a strong unpleasant smell and was not suitable to stay there. I was moved once, then told to return to the same room. Otherwise, I was offered to get a refund for the remaining days. I eventually left the apartment. The manager also said she could help me find another place, but by that point I was already on the street with my luggage. The whole situation was very poorly managed, and instead of enjoying my time, it turned into a stressful experience, and I had to cut my stay in Split. I think both the property and Booking.com should have handled this situation much better.

The location is fantastic as you’re a couple of minutes walk from the Old Town so you aren’t in a loud area, but it’s such an easy walk to get to shops and restaurants.

Loved it! Cosy, perfect location and view.

I loved the location of the apartment. Is really near Marjan forest, if you like to walk or workout and; a few meters from the harbor, so everything was closeby. Perfect location.

The price, it is quite high, maybe because of the season but anyways is not a really accesible price.

Great base for Split.

Nice spacious apartment. Very good location: 5 mins to central split, 10-15mins walk from main shuttle ferries and airport bus shuttle, 2 mins from larger supermarket and directly outside harbour promenade. Good amenities in the flat, comfortable bed, everything you need for a good base.

Some mild traffic noise but to be expected from central city location. Did not affect sleep in any way.

Lovely house close to the old town

The room is spacious. The house is at a walking distance from the old town, although you have to go up some stairs. Good bed, bathroom, blinds. Very nice garden and lovely place.

Since it's a house with some rooms, they could provide at least a common fridge for the guests. It was in the description of the room (fridge), but I didn't see any. Also, paying by cash on arrival is a bit inconvenient. Please use more soap when cleaning the sheets. It makes us feel sure they were actually washed.

Fantastic and charming historic apartment in cute street

The location was amazing, very historical but renovated building really close to everything (city and nice beach)!! The apartment was also really nice, well furnished and clean, and very comfortable. As a woman traveling alone I felt perfectly safe. Nice airconditioning and beautiful views on the harbor. Self check in was easy and Marija responded quickly to questions. There were some nice maps and information too. The street was pretty noisy on Saturday, but when you close the windows you hear nothing and the apartment is very peaceful, while the a/c keeps it nice and cool.

I had some very tiny ants in the room. Can happen in such an old house and generally they did not go into the room unless you leave a cup of tea on the nightstand when going to the beach, so good excuse to be clean :)

This was the perfect accommodation, so close to the old town, just a few minutes walk with views of the marina and boats. The comfiest bed and pillows! Room is done in such a lovely way, really classy with everything you need. Host was so accommodating and replies so quickly. I ended up staying an extra 2 nights because I loved it so much. Highly recommend 👌. Thank you! X

Super home for a short break.

Location on the fringe of port and old town was perfect. Apartment was well appointed and host was lovely, even left a little gift. Local shops and cafes no need to use the decent kitchen facilities. Aircon effective. Water hot!! Perfect venue and value for money.

Nothing really description matched the facility and host accomodated our early arrival with a smile.

Pegs would be useful if we need to hang clothes on the drying line outside Ironing board for the iron would be useful in case Coffee maker not machine
