Studio Saint Luke - Old Town Split, 2 min from RIVA

Perfect location, about 5 mins walk from the centre. So extremely easy to get to the port, bus station, restaurants and shops. The hosts had great communication and replied to any messages really quickly, check in was also very easy. Would 100% recommend staying here while in split!

The flat is quite small, but for a short stay it’s perfect and had all the amenities we needed.

Great location, but that is the only good thing about this property, apart from the fact that the host is very responsive and kind. There are lots to do around here, good restaurants. The bed is huge too.

See, I do not have a problem with small studios. You pay seeing the ad. But this was a dysfunctional studio. The property was sold for 2 people, but I am not exaggerating when I say, that from the bed to the bathroom, the small path cannot fit 2 people. We were told that the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close fully, only after arriving. Now imagine a small space, shared by 2 people, and the bathroom door won't close fully. It is extremely discomforting. There also is this murky, wet water smell in the studio. which I am to understand that is a common thing in the old town, but as someone who is paying to stay there, I can definitely complain about this, as it is very unpleasant.
