Perfectly located room close to the best restaurants

The location is incredible. It's close to some of the best restaurants in the city and 5 minutes away from the Riva and the Palace. The room is spacious, with a nice view of the old town. The bathroom is good, the shower, wasn't my favorite, but the little bench made it uncomplicated. The bed was comfortable and the room is not loud although your so close from restaurants. The owner was very helpful and gave me the best recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Literally, the best restaurants.

It's not a bad thing (at least not for me), but if you get the attic room, there are a lot of stairs. So, for elderly people or with mobility issues, it's something to know before.

The location is superb. The facilities of the room is good, with a small kitchen. The room size is spacious.

The hot water system is not enough for 2 people take shower in a row. Would be good if have microwave and another mirror outside the bathroom

Good choice to explore Split

The host, Petar, is super; very friendly, attentive and helpful. Great location, clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. Good value for money. Bonus: room was on ground floor, no steps to navigate!

Large room in a perfect location

Perfect location in the small streets of Split. Big comfy room. Nice host, ready to give any advice on the city. Possibility of keeping your luggage after check out, which was great for us.

Great centrally located apartment modernly furnished

Grest location literally 2 min walking from the main promenade the facilities are modern great and very clean. Special kudos goes to the host, Petar, who really hosted us so well with great tips on day one that we followed strictly! He was so helpful and kind. Clear indications and easy checkin and checkout. Smooth overall. Definitely we would stay here again!!!!

Nice place for holidays

Central location, but on a quiet street. Petar very welcoming, helped us to find the location and came after us in the center, being a little lost. He gave us a lot of advice, recommendations, what to visit, where to eat, what to avoid. The studio was very clean and equipped with air conditioning. We would recommend a small stove, useful for preparing breakfast.

It would have been nice to have just basic tea and coffee provided. Several steep steps to approach property - would not suit someone with mobility issues. Just a note but not a complain: We could hear our neighbours entering property, on the stairs and walking around upstairs

Location 10, Host 10, Apartment 9

Apartment: We stayed in the ground floor apartment, the room was lovely, clean & didn’t get too hot (plus there was air con if it did). Bathroom looked as if it had been newly renovated. Small stove and fridge if we wanted to cook a quick meal if we didn’t want to go out. Location: Pretty perfect, 100m to the coast, 150m to the centre of the old town. However, it was just enough away from the very touristy areas & down a back street that it was quiet. Couldn’t really ask for a better location when exploring a new city. Host: Petar was lovely, very good at communicating both before we got there & during our stay. And he responded quickly so I felt confident that if we had an issue (we didn’t) then he would have helped swiftly. When we got there he ran us through the best things to do locally (with a map of the area) & recommended some day trips & specific tour guides. Overall: Would happily stay again & would recommend Petar as a host! Highlights: Plitvice Lakes National Park - Booker (~90€) 6 Islands Blue Cave Boat Tour - Toto Travels (~130€) Exploring the old town Lots of food & ice cream options

One thing, and Petar did mention this when we first got there, was the bathroom got very steamed up. I don’t think there is any easy way of fixing this and other apartments there may not have this problem. But if the bathroom door is left closed, the bathroom stays steamy. If you leave the bathroom door open, the room becomes a bit humid. If you crack a window for a bit, you’re fine.

Absolutely fabulous location, one block from the old town area, and off a quaint local square, with restaurants, a great wine bar, a supermarket and an ATM. The room was exactly as in the pictures, modern, well equipped and spacious. Petar the wonderful host met us and assisted with luggage up the stairs to the room. He also gave us lots of great local info and tips. The aircon worked well. The view from the windows was over the local rooftops to the cathedral tower. The bathroom was quirky, we loved it, and we loved the towels.

Not a negative but just note, there are stairs. Most properties in Europe have stairs so once you get your luggage into the room you should be OK. 🥰 There is a chest of drawers but no hangers.

The apartment is located perfectly besides the city centre but not too close, so it is still nice and quite at night. About a 5 minute walk to all the main attractions and 10 minutes to the ferry pier. All the best beaches are within 15-25 minutes walking distance. It was clean and looked freshly renovated.

The apartment was perfect, just the weird layout of the shower causes the water to splash into the bath a bit more than usual.

Petar was extremely friendly and helpful upon check in and throughout our entire stay. He met us in person in the center and helped us with our luggage up the hill to the apartment. He also gave us great recommendations for a local experience, which we appreciated greatly. We had a group of 6 which included one elderly person and stayed for about a week. The ground floor apartment was perfect for them as they didn’t have to climb multiple steps to get into their room. We enjoyed how our family stayed in the same apartment building but had the privacy and comfort of each apartment. My husband and I stayed in the attic apartment and the views were incredible. 10/10 would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to any solo or group travelers wanting to stay in an accommodation near the palace but far enough away from the noise and crowds.

Perfect stay

I stayed in the attic. It was amazing. I could see both the sea and the old center from my room. It is small but more than enough for a single traveler or a couple. The most important part is that it was very clean. Petar, the host, was very attentive. Upon arrival he gave me a lot of information about Split; both the touristic sites and a bit from the local perpective, very useful tips. Communication was excellent and he solved any problem almost instantly. It’s walking distance from everything.

The church bells are very loud in the morning, but I guess that’s the price of staying in the city center. It’s not possible to cook because there’s no stove.

Clean, modern, comfortable bed, great air con. Fab location, just a couple minutes from the sea front and old town. Petar was really helpful giving us recommendations in the area, and helped us to the apartment with our luggage.

Excellent location and great host!

Excellent location! Just a 15 minute walk from ferry/bus terminals and a couple of minutes from Riva. Convenient supermarket and ATM close by. Host was helpful with orientation and recommendations and also very kindly let me leave my luggage after check out due to a late flight.

Nothing that I didn’t like but just a bit of feedback - the rainfall shower head needs cleaning of limescale as the jets are going in all different directions meaning the water isn’t contained in the shower cubicle so the bath mat got extremely wet and as only one set of towels couldn’t use these to mop up.

The location is truly perfect, it's a very quiet street, but you're still right in the center and by the sea. It's only a short walk to the restaurants and the harbor. Wi fi is stable and a beautiful view out of the window. The room is very clean and provides everything one needs on holiday.

Enjoyable stay in Situs Residence. Would recommend.

The property was very clean, modern, newly refurbished and very convenient for our stay in Split- close enough to walk into the old town but still very quiet. Free car parking was possible along a nearby street. Host was very helpful with directions and recommendations of what to see and do during our visit.
