Great location! Beautiful apartment and very good breakfast at the cafe downstairs.
On Friday nights (and maybe Saturdays) the pier across from the apartment is the local hangout/party spot and it can be quite noisy until 3 am with parties, fights and motorcycles racing up and down the main strip. Good earplugs are a MUST (or go out and join in the fun).

The apartment was perfectly placed for exploring Split but also very quiet and peaceful. The facilities were excellent and the communication with Dajana was swift

The location was fantastic, the apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The view was great and we really enjoyed sipping some wine on the balcony watching the world go by.

The location is perfect, not over a noisy bar / cafe but still on the main seafront promenade. The bedrooms are clean and tidy, as is the bathroom and living area. The kitchen was well supplied and also clean and tidy. The views are excelent.
The communal area and communaal front door could have been a little nicer, it gives the wrong 1st impression that the room is going to be a mess - but the actual room is really, really nice.
