The studio apartment was in an excellent location, near the old town and lots of restaurants. The private terrace area was really nice to spend time in, in the evenings. The apartment stayed pretty cool, that we didn't use the a/c much.

For the first time during our travels an apartment truly exceeded our expectations - perfect location, next door to one of the best restaurants in town, only 2 min walk away from the Riva and the Old Town and really close to the beautiful Park Marjan too, - charming house with an even more charming backyard, true to Split's traditional architecture, - trouble-free self check-in, - lots of little treats left by the owner, along with the small booklets full of useful tips about places worth visiting, - and, what's most important, the nicest owner we've met - as well as owner's family living next door - who made sure we had everything we needed and even treated us homemade tiramisu, making us feel as we were visiting family abroad. We wholeheartedly recommend this place - if we could, we would give it a 20.

Location was perfect. A short walk into old town and bus stop only 1 minute walk that takes you to all the good beaches. Air conditioning too which is a must in the summer months

We were welcomed by Jelena and she gave us plenty of recomandations including which resturants, bars and beaches that was worth a visit during our trip to the beautiful city of Split. The communication with Jelena could not be better and she was open for questions on Whatsapp all day long. The apartment was perfect for me and my dearest and it had a really cosy backyard with a lot of plants and flowers. We would not hesitate to revisit.»

The Host completed our experience!

The room is surprisingly spacious. Bathroom was absolutely sparkling. The shower pressure was amazing. The host left so many treats, tea, coffee, milk etc we didn't even need to buy any more during our stay. The host was exceptional! Provided a welcome pack which contained all the information you needed to know for the local area, if that wasn't enough they wen't through the whole thing with us and referenced locations on the tourist map.

During the night you'd get drunks making noises, either going past the apartment or accessing the one above. We didn't sleep well during our whole stay. But accepted everyone in Split would face the same issue due to how its built.

I felt like I was staying in a house in a magical fairy tale!

The property and the attic room that I was staying in, were absolutely charming, and the location was close to everything I wanted to see. What made the stay stand out was the host's warm and sincerity - Jelena was there to meet me on my arrival and share all her personal favourites in the city - from food to places to see!

Exceptional

Everything was amazing about our stay here. We were welcomed upon arrival with more information than you could ever need, and even given a supplies for breakfast! The flat itself is in a central location, but still quiet at the same time. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures, with a super comfy bed and great air conditioning. There are also some other useful features like a device to deter mosquitos. We had a late flight home on our day of departure, and even then our expectations were exceeded as we were allowed to stay well beyond check out time - which made things considerably easier for us! Highly recommend staying here, great apartment, fantastic owners who really care about their guests and their comfort.

Welcoming home away! A wery good place to stay in Split!

Host on location when we arrived. She made a thoroug presentation of the room, the courtyard (and her kind aunt). Central, still quiet location with the bonus of a couortyard dining area well suitet for mingling with other guests if preferred.

Steep stairs to the room to be concidered, can be an issue (there is also a room on ground floor).

The host was a great help from start to finish, every question answered and the recommendations of all the places to visit from a real native perspective. Our host welcomed us warmly at the flat and gave us many helpful tips regarding our stay in Split. She recommended the best beaches for a day in the sun, told us where to eat well and where to avoid the tourist restaurants, which activities are recommended and how to get there. She also marked everything on a map and gave us a short and clear written summary. We could contact her at any time and ask questions if we needed help. Our host was very caring about our well-being and extraordinarily helpful, so that everything was really taken care of. The location of the flat is perfect and super close to the city centre, so everything is within walking distance. The area around the flat is very nice with lots of different local restaurants. You can also get to the more distant but quieter beaches quickly by bus, taxi, bike or even on foot. The flat is located in an inner courtyard, which is equipped with seating that can be used for breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening. Overall, our stay was perfect and the flat could not have been better.

The host and her family are one of the nicest persons we have ever met. The apartment itself is located in a cosy alley full with restaurants in the city centre. All the facilities you would expect are in the apartment, and the AC works really well. If you are looking for an apartment in Split, stop looking further. You will have a fantastic time here :)
