Old city Varoš amazing view

What a great apartment. The host had sent me a video on wattsapp a few days before of how to find the property and how to locate the key box and enter the building and room which was all very straight forward. The wifi code and other local info was available in the room. The building was in a very quiet pedestrianised area of the town, with a supermarket and cafes less than a minute's walk away. The apartment was a great size with a large modern bathroom, a big comfy bed and a nice kitchenette with all the mod cons. A huge fridge freezer too. The balcony was just amazing - with a great view over the roof tops to the city center and to the side you could see the sea - it had a table and 2 chairs and it was great to sit on with drinks and watch the many swallows swooping around. It was on the top (second) floor accessible by stairs and the room was really quiet with no street or internal noise at all. Split old town center was barely 10 minutes walk away and the bus station (as we came and left by bus) was about 20 minutes walk from the flat. This was a perfect place to stay and in lovely city and was great value for money. We met the host on leaving and he was really charming and friendly. Highly recommended!

What can we say, please please book this apartment and you won't be sorry. Very comfortable,. The owners go out of their way to make you welcome. The memories of the views of the old city and and the time you spend relaxing with a glass of wine on the little balcony will stay with you for a lifetime. This apartment is the only place to stay in Split. Do yourself a favour!

Highly recommended! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We received detailed check-in instructions, and our late arrival was not a problem at all. The apartment had everything we needed, including cold bottled water in the fridge, which was a lovely touch considering the high temperatures. We stayed in the room on the top floor, which had a balcony with a beautiful view over the city. We would be happy to return in the future if it is available. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and the balcony was perfect for an evening dinner or a peaceful breakfast in the morning. The building is located in an excellent area, with easy access to shops, Marjan Park, and the promenade, where you can catch a ferry to another island or a bus to a nearby town. This is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would like to thank the host for the wonderful hospitality 😊
