Świetna lokalizacja, ale na uboczu. W miarę cicho. Pokój mały, zamykany z osobną kuchnią. Klimatyzacja w pokoju działała dobrze. pokój na parterze, częściowo w ziemi gdyż kamienica wbudowana w zbocze góry. Okna na wysokości przechodniów ale dobrze zabezpieczone. Meble i wyposażenie przeżyły juz swoje lata ale dalej spełniają swoją rolę. . Czysto. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe przybory ale także przyprawy np. sól i pieprz. Ale dodatkowo była np oliwa oraz inne przyprawy. co się rzadko zdarza. Miejsce na zewnątrz do wywieszenia mokrych rzeczy. Możliwość przechowania bagaży w przypadku wcześniejszego przybycia oraz po wymeldowaniu. Pani gospodarz przemiła, pomocna.
Jak dla mie materac był zdecydowanie za miękki. Ale wszystko zależy od upodobania i przyzwyczajenia.
