Location was great for exploring centre and old town and for bus connections. Good communications with the agent, Fran. Apartment had what we needed for a few days and was good value.
No complaints but just as points for attention-drains could do with a clean as emitting some bad smells. Hot water temperature was very high so care needed in shower to avoid burns. Basic and compact but did us fine thankyou.

Very comfortable, clean, perfect location. The kitchen was very well equipped, even with tappers to pack a lunch to bring to the beach!

The apartment is nice and spacious!
I liked that it was two rooms - one for sleeping, one for eating aso. Excellent equipped kitchen and a very comfy bed.
The bathroom is tiny, though functional. The aircondition is placed in the kitchen. It could barely reach the sleepingroom. So the last two days (when the temperatures got higher) it was very hot. Maybe an extra fan in the sleepingroom could have done the trick.

There are few if any better locations for a rental apartment in Split. Very friendly and efficient host, and super functional apartment. Exceeded our expectations from previous travels. Worth to note: the apartment is naturally chilly - even without using the air-condition, bedroom was completely acceptable during night time.
Nothing negative to add. Just a beware for anyone who carry heavy luggages and if legs are not listening. There are steep steps to climb to the apartment.
