A great location and lovely host - would stay again. Not accessible for elderly/ disabled though as no lift and lots

The main entrance. Yikes someone needs to take the initiative to clean it up. Fix the broken glass and do something with the garbage. It feels like we entered the ghetto.

Fantastic location right on the Reva promenade. Clean room.

The property has no lift. This should be very well declared on website. Taking 2 big luggage bags by climbing 4 floors is a huge task. Also bathroom has stinking unpleasant smell which should be worked upon.

Lovely 2 bedroom flat

Super convenient with location just by the main promenade. It's a building with four floors and flats/rooms on each floor for rental. No lifts so it can be an issue with heavy suitcases, and a climb if you are high up and have mobility issues. Rooms were clean and a good size. Nice bathroom with good shower. Kitchen was well equipped and living room well appointed. Small balcony off the living room. If you drive, there are a few parking spaces outside the building but download the app to pay.

Only downside is it can get a little noisy in the evenings with bars below, but the air-conditioner blocked out most of the noise. Also the whiff of urine smell outside was off putting but not the building's fault. It's just unfortunate.

Fantastic stay in this room! Very helpful owner and comfortable place.

Our stay in Split was amazing because of this room. It is neat and clean and the owner was very helpful during our entire stay. It is a walking distance to old town and the beach, where we can just come back anytime. Many good restaurants are close by as well.

Great location and clean renovated flat for max 2 people

The entrance is awfully smelly due to rotting garbage at the entrance. The door front glass is broken down and it looks very derelict and run down We were 4 tall men, and the sofa bed is absolutely inadequate for 2 adults, due to a very thin mattress. We ended up having to book a second flat Please make sure to verify which flat you rent. We thought we had a large flat with balcony facing the sea (our own mistake but nevertheless an unpleasant surprise) Parking is impossible if you don’t want to pay 48 euro a day at a parking garage.

Beautiful seafront location for visiting Split

The location of the apartment is seafront with a beautiful view of the marina and Split old town, very close to city center. The rooms and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The sofa was not so comfortable, but for a short stay it was ok.

They didn't provide a coffee machine in the room. We were lucky to have the room on the first floor, having in mind there is no elevator.

There are periods when a bad odor will spread through the apartment. We were told due to sulphur steams below the ground. But it was not fun.

Loved the location and loved the rooms cleanliness. Zoran met us at 8:30 at night to let us in and it was so helpful. Missed our alarm the next morning and we’re awakened by the maids who helped us out by caring our bags down long stairs and didn’t seem to be bothered. We did hurry though.🤗

Due to the location near the strip, it can get quite noisy at night. I had to sleep with noise cancellation headphones in. There is also no toaster which we mentioned in the website, but otherwise it’s perfect!

Fabulous stay and would go back!

The property location was excellent and located centrally to restaurants, bars and the promenade. Apartment was very clean and comfortable for two of us. Zoran was really helpful throughout the entire booking experience and I would highly recommend the property.

Great central location, host was great and let us check in early. Clean and comfy beds. Great tv. Good communication from our host.

The shower it didn’t stay hot for long and kept dipping between temperatures and would go cold quite quickly. Quite noisy outside of a night but that’s with the location - nothing on the apartment. Also where we had to leave our bags after checkout didn’t feel the most secure as they were left in an a corridor.

Comfy bed and pillows.

Room was great. The bed and pillows were oh so comfortable. Location is amazing, right in old town. The room was on the 4th floor with no elevator so had to carry luggage upstairs. Had an incredible visit in Split. Would highly recommend the Game of Thrones tour, even if you haven’t watched the series. It gives both historical information about Split as well as the series. Would stay here again.

Absolutely worthless stay.

The room is located at a very nice location in the centre

If possible, Try and avoid this stay as much as possible. This stay is in the 5th floor with no lift. If you have luggages, it’s going to be a nightmare. The mattress and pillows are so old and crooked and the pillows as well. It gave us terrible back, neck pain though we are super active and young. The host asked us to drink tap water which stinks of chemicals. The room has some stair structure inside that you get hit every time badly until you get used to it. When we entered the dustbin was half filled from the previous stay. For coffee, he has kept some used instant powder in a jar. The host hasn’t kept any kind of shampoo. And everything in the stay is of too poor quality including the bath soap, wardrobe, hair dryer is damaged. There’s no luck for the bathroom. Hot water is sufficient for only one person and that too for quick shower. Next one has to wait 30mins for hot water. Basically, apart from location, nothing’s good but everything’s really bad about this stay.

Beautiful, stunning views, plenty to do. Highly recommended.

This apartment is in a beautiful location with a beautiful sea view watching the ships go by. It’s an ideal location next to all shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The property was spacious, nice beds, lovely bathroom with a big shower. The apartment was equipped with all utensils, plates, cups, hob, microwave and Tv. I couldn’t fault this apartment at all. It’s perfect for leisure and business with families, couples or going away with Friends.

The location is great. Walking distance to everything, including a small market. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Even if the street outside was noisy, the windows were great at keeping out the noise.

Great location

The location of this apartment is amazing. Right underneath you there is a small shop with coffee, food, water, etc… and you’re right at the promenade. Besides a bed and shower there wasn’t much else in the apartment, no sink (besides the bathroom), no microwave or kitchen. Only a bed, fridge (which freezes everything), kettle with coffee, couple of chairs and a bathroom. Floors look like they have never been properly cleaned, if you leave clothes on the floor they will be covered in dust. But overall I would stay again.

To shortly describe - one of the rare cases when the reality was better than the pictures. Excellent location, super well renovated and equipped apartment, welcoming cost.
