Promenade apartment

We had a fantastic overall stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the host provided crystal-clear check-in instructions, making the whole process effortless. The amenities were very generous—there was more than enough toilet paper, shower essentials, and basic supplies for our entire stay. The location is unbeatable, situated right on the Split waterfront Promenade. Although there are nightclubs downstairs, we were pleasantly surprised that we couldn't hear any noise from inside the apartment at all.

The building requires climbing a long flight of stairs, which could be a challenge with heavy luggage. However, the host was kind enough to help us carry our bags, which we truly appreciated!

Perfecto! Esta situada la casa en una calle preciosa, debajo de muchos restaurantes y del mar. Era muy acogedora la casa.

La única pega que le pondría es que solo había una sartén enorme para cocinar y no había ninguna pequeña.

The location is absolutely incredible. The apartment is well-stocked with essentials and spacious enough for a family.

The space is very dark and dreary, making it feel a bit depressing when you walk in. The decor is 10 shades of gray with no personal touches, and the couch and living area didn't feel very clean. Because the location is so hard to beat, I'd stay here again if the price was reasonable and other options in the area were limited.

Right in the heart of the waterfront and the historic town. No driving needed once parked. Old town is full of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Easy walk to local ferries or tourist boats

Parking is 18 euros per night, not 6 as written in the listing. Property stairs are a bit steep. No balcony or waterfront views. Cruise ships dock here so it gets crowded
