Promenade apartment

The location is absolutely incredible. The apartment is well-stocked with essentials and spacious enough for a family.

The space is very dark and dreary, making it feel a bit depressing when you walk in. The decor is 10 shades of gray with no personal touches, and the couch and living area didn't feel very clean. Because the location is so hard to beat, I'd stay here again if the price was reasonable and other options in the area were limited.

Right in the heart of the waterfront and the historic town. No driving needed once parked. Old town is full of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Easy walk to local ferries or tourist boats

Parking is 18 euros per night, not 6 as written in the listing. Property stairs are a bit steep. No balcony or waterfront views. Cruise ships dock here so it gets crowded

The apartment was right in the middle of the Riva, steps from the center of all there is to see and do in Split. Even though the apartment is located on the promenade, it is facing the rear of the building and there is no noise at all. Emil was great at communicating with us and he provided parking close by. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay and is very comfortable. If you are driving to the property, be sure to come in from the Saint Francis church side of the promenade. We followed GPS and it took us to the other side, which was only 100 m away but a 17 minute drive around the neighborhood due to the pedestrian area.

There was nothing bad to say about this property. It is located up two flights of stairs, which are very wide and easy to negotiate with luggage.

A localização é sensacional! É um apartamento bem equipado. Tem tudo por perto. As camas são boas. O chuveiro é bom.

2o andar, sem elevador. Os interruptores do banheiro não estavam marcados e a água ficou gelada porque, sem saber, alguém desligou os botões, pensando apagar as luzes.
