Comfortable place to stay

Everything was great. the Host is really friendly. I had a problem with the noise from the street because of a construction. they did not hesitate to upgrade my room. It was really nice. the location is good. just at the corner of the old town. There is public parking close by. I paid 8,6 euro per day for the parking(this is off season price for the parking. In the season, it is more expensive but I do not remember the price)

Korta is a winner for Split

We loved the courtyard, great place to relax between adventures. Everything in the room was fresh and well equipped. The staff were delightful - quick to help when we locked ourselves out of the room.

Great location, closed to a public car park where we parked our car to then walk everywhere.

Studio was great, clean, spacious and quiet. it had all we needed. Upon arrival, we parked our car at a public car park nearby and walked to the apartment based on the istructions we were given. Self check-in was easy.

Seeing a plate with croissants left from the morning at the entrance when we checked in.

Comfortable apartment!

Very comfortable bed, bathroom with shampoo and conditioner. Good coffee at the room. Sara from the reception helped me out very well, and let me in 1.5 hours earlier in the room which was fantastic!

It was a great experience, the only thing they forgot to mention was there was coffee and croissants in the morning, which I didn't know.

Very good apartman and friendly staff

Everything was perfect and most important thing for us was that room was very clean and looks realy good.

I didn't find anything bad so I will come back again if I come to Split in future 😊

Very clean and spacious with good lighting and comfortable bed. Helpful reception and quite convenient location.

I’d come back to specifically stay at Korta for its clean charming design

I had the most comfortable sleep at Korta Apartments, best during my whole 2 week trip so far! Thank you! It was centrally located and had minimal noise at quiet hours. I would probably recommend bringing ear plugs or a white noise maker when you visit around June >August because there is probably a window that faces the street and I was able to hear others on that side through the early morning hours.

Apartment was very comfy and spacious. Check in process was easy and staff were helpful. We had access to a lovely courtyard at the back. Location was excellent as it was only a few minutes walk away from restaurants and bars.

Super clean apartment Korta

Never had an apartment stay as clean as this one, very impressive! Well equipped apartment! The location was so close to the old city, in the map it looks like a little away but actually was a few minutes away. We parked the car at the car park recommended by the apartment which was a few minutes away, very convenient. The apartment replied to my question rapidly almost instantly. It was a very comfy stay.

The only thing was the hot water, it was three of us staying, between us we needed to wait a bit to have the hot water to be heated up again for the next person!

Best place to stay in Split.

Before I arrived, I was sent a whatsapp message with all the instructions for a self check in. This helped massively as I arrived late to the apartments. Every response was replied to very quickly to ensure a safe and efficient entry. I highly recommend Korta apartments to anyone wanting to visit Split. Great people, great facilities...excellent service.

Shower went cold after 15 minutes, however this was my own doing having a long shower. The instructions via email let me know I had to wait 30/40 minutes for it to reheat which was very accurate.

Great spot in heart of Split

The apartment is perfect. Spacious and clean with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable. The location was great, less than 5 mins walk to the main promenade but also removed slightly from the busy areas so we had peaceful sleeps. 3 flights of stairs to our room with no elevator but this was not a huge issue for us.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartments Korta and would highly recommend it! Communication with Sara was excellent—she’s so helpful and made our experience even better. We rented a car and were a little worried about parking, but there’s pay-and-display parking just a 3-minute walk away. If you happen to get a penalty ticket, it’s a flat €8 for the whole day (which happened to us), and we simply paid it at the post office. The location is perfect—everything in Split is within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Split!

Perfect location in Split for a quiet stay yet only a few minutes walk from main attractions! The check-in was easy with clear instructions. The staff was super friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was clean, had great space with all the required amenities. I would recommend without hesitation. Check-in was easy, room neat and cozy and location was very nice. Apartment is located on quiet street but walking distance to everywhere you need to go in Split. The hosts checked on us via Whats app every day.
